We enjoy watching TV and movies in our loft. It is hard to find a sofa and loveseat to fit a small room. Found the Poundex Bobkona Windsor sofa and loveseat set in coffee brown and decided to purchase. It arrived today in perfect condition, on time, and the delivery people were kind and polite. It fits perfectly in the space, and the color light coffee is more of a linen looking material that is medium brown mixed with a very subtle cream colored weave. It is comfortable and sits up nice and firm. The seats bolt together and the legs screw on and include adjustable support legs under the seat in the center. The backs slide into place, making it convenient to carry upstairs and through narrow areas. It is tufted, but without buttons. It feels sturdy but is light weight. For the price of the two pieces we feel we got a good deal and it exceeded our expectations for comfort and looks for the loft. ... show more

Had this set for just a little over a year and a half and I’m searching for new furniture. To be totally honest, It’s been treated roughly because I have a toddler and two dogs, one of which used the underside of the couch as a chew toy. If I remove the dogs from the equation, the couch is still broken, one side of the couch where you would sit is just completely on the floor, and a spring tore a hole in the cushion. The cushions are flat, and if you’re not careful and sit down too hard you’ll land on a hard piece of wood. I’ve never found this set comfortable, but it wasn’t terrible when I first got it. Would I buy again? No. I think my life is just too hectic for this to withstand. Even so, I don’t hate it. You get what you pay for. Take what you may from my review, if I had to give you any advice on it I’d say don’t put it in a high traffic home. It just won’t last. Maybe for a kids play room, or a room you’re not in very much. (if that’s a thing?) maybe someone who can treat it kinder will have better luck with it. ... show more

i.e. a college student or a single person starter apartment. I'll start with the few good things - ~It's easy to assemble. My 10yo daughter and I (average sized woman) put it together with ease. ~The smaller one is fine as it is not used as much. ~It comes with four (4) decorative pillows (pictured). Now the bad - ~Just looking at them, they look cheap. ~One of the arms caved in when my husband had his arm on it as he sat and then tried to reposition himself and put a little weight on it, it just broke. Now there's a hole and you can not rest your arm comfortably. ~After a month or so... the cushions that you sit on are attached now the middle of the bigger couch has this weird "dip" as the cushions are separating. No one can sit in the middle comfortably as there is no cushion. Because they are attached I cannot pull off to "refluff". ~You can not cuddle with two people as it is not wide or long enough... Wish I would have looked more closely at the dimensions which brings me to my next point... ~The backs are very low. ... show more

All in all, this is a nice couch. Especially for such a cheap price. It’s comfy, it’s sturdy and it’s nice material. Only downside is the back is hard to slide onto the couch. I had to pry it on with a butter knife. Took an hour. But like I said, it’s sturdy! If you’re considering buying this couch, but weary of the price or the shipping cost, don’t hesitate bc I’m seriously glad I went for it. Keep in mind also that this is a smaller couch. The back isn’t very high. I’m 5’ 2” and if I’m sitting with my back straight against the back of the couch, it comes to just under my shoulders in height. So if you’re really tall, maybe consider a different couch. ... show more

The couch itself is absolutely wonderful; it was very easy to assemble and it feels and looks great. Unfortunately, the one I received had a manufacturing flaw. I was able to MacGyver a solution, and I received a 50% discount from Amazon as compensation. Based on other reviews I'd guess this isn't a widespread problem so I'd still recommend the couch to everyone. To be specific, my particular manufacturing flaw was an issue of distance between screw holes in the larger couch. To assemble the couch, you lay the large couch on its back with the bottom facing you. There are two screws you put through the couch from left to right, but the distance between these two holes is slightly different between the left and right couch pieces, making it impossible to put both screws in. You could drill a new hole, but my roommate and I put a piece of metal diagonally through the other piece for a little extra stability and secured the couch pieces with the middle leg supports. It works fine for us. ... show more

I needed new furniture but our living room is small. This furniture fits in the room well. We have a dog, my son brings his two large dogs over. They jump on the furniture. My son and his dogs are more important than furniture. I don't want to have restrictions and have to worry about furniture. Furniture is sturdy and looks nice and if it lasts a few years I will be happy! Great value! PS my husband didn't complain about putting it together!! ... show more

The furniture is cute but I would only recommend it for a small office space or an area that is not utilized every day. It was a little smaller than I expected and the pillows were very small and flat. The thing that I do not like about the furniture is after sitting on it for some time the fabric starts to ripple so I’m afraid overtime it is going to make the furniture appear old and worn.
