This is a great set of pots and pans. I have not had new cookware in decades, so I was excited to order these. They match my cream and wood decor in my home. They have held up well. They clean easily. Food does not stick. I do not own a dishwasher, so I am not sure if they are dishwasher safe. Also, my stove is electric, I am not sure if using them on a gas stove would cause any discoloration if flames licked up around the edges. I am very happy with this set. ... show more

Overall, this is a great set and I’m glad I have it. I’ll start with the positives: - PFOA-free yet the non-stick works as well as my pans that use PFOA - One of the lids works with both the pot and one of the pans, so you don’t need to store an extra lid (but if you’re in a situation where both pieces need to be covered simultaneously, you’re out of luck) - Heats quickly and evenly - Pot and pans aren’t heavy - Glass lids make it easier to see what’s happening inside - Very easy to clean - Pot and pans are a usable size Now for the negatives: - The pot handles get hot if you’re cooking on high heat for an extended period of time - One of the pot handles discolored when cooking on high heat (see picture) - Pot handles stick out quite a bit which isn’t ideal for storage purposes - The handles all arrive detached and one of the lid handles didn’t come with the necessary screw (but it did come with a screwdriver and all the other handles came with extra screws) - The pot arrived with a scrape on it where the enamel has been rubbed away - Like most non-stick, it cannot be used with metal utensils Overall, the negatives are very minor and are significantly outweighed by the positives. When I first received these pots/pans I was excited and loved the feel and color of them. I washed them and was ready to use them. They cook well and nothing has gotten stuck. Easy to wash where my complaint is that they have gotten stained. And I wash them right after using them. They have orange and brown spots on the beige color. The day these came in we made burritos for dinner. Nothing stuck. Not even the refried beans stuck to the skillet. Even leaving a thin skim of the beans in the skillet on the stove overnight until they dried into a crispy film, they didn't stick. A quick wipe out with a paper towel and a quick wash in hot, soapy water then a rinse and they were good to go again. These work great! Like all brand new nonstick pans there is no mess, ever. So easy to clean. I like the sort of "egg" color on these. There were no instructions on how to put together the handles. There's a gap between the glass and an indent on where the screw connects. I had no idea how to connect them so I just winged it. Nothing shattered yet from the pressure so that's good haha. Thin. These pans are thin. Hot spots galore. They hold heat about as well as aluminum foil. A piece of meat will chill this pan stone cold in an instant, and be more likely to steam in its own juices than fry in whatever fat you had heated up.. The pot is so thin that when heated the cooking surface visibly domes up so significantly that any cooking oil will roll to the outer edges. The handles attach with a single tiny Phillips head bolt and even when torqued down (as much as a Phillips head bolt can be before camming out), the handles still jiggle. Due to the thin walls, poor heat distribution, and poor construction, I cannot recommend these. ... show more
