When I seen that my baby kittens were going to be destructive little brats, I began looking for toys to keep them occupied. Seeing as there are two of them I needed something that would keep them both entertained. This 3 in 1 did the trick! I love the fact that one can chase the rod and one can follow the butterfly! When watching them, they trade out, bc obviously they act as of they were tiny little humans and both can't do the same thing or else they end up fighting SMH. There is little to no noise, performance is great, charges quickly without a hitch, it comes with the charger cord which not only fits snuggly in the hole, (no need to worry about it falling out or not charging for next time they want to play), but is also a universal C charger in case you loose or damage your cord it's easily replaced. Upon receiving then 3 in 1, directions were provided and you are given the option for extra refills in case your kittens or cat are destructive like mine. It's easy to use and follow depending on ur kittens/cats needs or wants. I bought the product originally in July 2023 and by late August 2023 they had broken off the rod and destroyed it to the point I had to replace it. To my surprise when I reached out to the customer service email provided, they were very quick to get back to me (within a day of sending the 1st email) and was very helpful and understanding when I had inquired about where I could purchase a replacement rod. She had made arrangements for another 3 in 1 to be sent for the kittens because the rod itself was not available for individual purchase. My kittens are forever grateful and better yet OCCUPIED with the toy that they forgot about being destructive and tearing up the house! Hands down I recommend to any and all looking for a multi purpose toy for ur fur babies! Hope this helps!

I bought this for my older cat who has hip issues. It's made him much more active - if from only the waist up. I have 2 other cats as well, and all 3 of them love this. They didn't really care for the 'tarp' that goes over it, so have played with it just as is. The string for the fish broke, so I just sewed on a small bit of ribbon (rough play by the 'hip' cat!). To give them something new with it, I cut a hole in the center of a bit of cardboard packing paper and laid that over the toy. THAT was certainly a hit, until they killed the paper. Good thing I order lots of stuff and that paper is what it's packed in. The feather seems to be preferred over the toy, I think it shifts position better when the wheel moves it around.

Our cat is obsessed with this toy and asks for it to be turned on. By far her favorite toy and I don’t think it will be replaced for a new favorite. The wand snapped/broke from the base, and unfortunately you cannot buy a replacement part online. However, I reached out to the company by following the instructions on the box, and they responded within a few hours and sent us a new one!! Awesome customer service. Even though the wand snapped, overall it’s a high quality toy. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing cat toy. After setting it up, I started the dancing butterfly and he immediately enjoyed trying to catch it as I was reading the rest of the instructions. When I figured out how the arm underneath the skirt works, I attached the feathers to it and turned it on. At first he was leary of it but curious enough to try to catch it and is now hooked when both things are going. He comes and sits by the toy until I turn it on for him. He now sneaks up and attacks both the feathers or mouse underneath the apron as well as the butterflies on to and it has held up with no rips or tears. I have never had a cat toy used as as much as this one. The battery last at least a week before it needs recharging and the fact that it automatically shuts off if not in use is a plus.

My cats all loved this toy! They all play with it for hours. It will shut off if the cat gets bored after 2 hours if no one is playing with it, but it can be reactivated if it’s less than 4 hours. My youngest cat (she’s 2) plays rough, and she was always unscrewing the plastic fish rod from the bottom. Last night the rod—the plastic part that holds the fish—wouldn’t screw back into the base. There’s no option to buy a replacement rod, (only the fish or butterfly) so only the butterfly works now. So I guess it’s time to get a new toy. (I hot glued the rod back in & cats are happy again!)

I have a 5-year old cat who loves this "hide-and-seek" kind of game so this toy is perfect for her! I've had it for a few weeks now, and while it is not constantly played with, she still enjoys it every so often. When I first got it and had to charge it fully before she could play, she could not wait until it was ready. I love that it goes into a "sleep" mode and can be easily reactivated by her or myself (although I don't think she's figured that out yet herself). The fact that is it rechargeable is a big bonus. This is really a great toy. My daughter recommended it to me and I recommend it to anyone else. It's also inexpensive and easy to replace the attachments (but I haven't needed to yet). Love it!

*UPDATED REVIEW* GREAT COMPANY I reached out directly to the company about my frustration with the toy and a kind representative immediately wrote back and they are sending me a whole new toy without a need to return the broken one. She was very prompt and personable. I would absolutely order from this company every time! You just don’t see customer service like this anymore!! Cat toy was lovely. So was the one I owned before it that also fell apart. This one my cat snapped the wand tool off right at the base. He is an ultra lazy cat and doesn’t even play actively. I’m so disappointed with this. I would even keep it if there was an a way to order additional wands for this, it’s just a mega disappointing waste of money.
