Product quality is great. Each ball came attached to there adhesive base and wrapped in its own sealed packet, and additional adhesives came in the box in the event the adhesive would lose adhesion when you move it to another location. However, while our two cats showed no interest in them I cannot fault the product development. Not all cats are affected by catnip and silvervine. Lastly, because it comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I contacted the manufacturer through the email provided on the box and in less than an hour I noticed a reply telling me they've initiated a full refund. As a result of their understanding and respect for their customers, I'll be looking into trying other things they make that our cats may like.

I rarely write reviews, but these were a very unexpected surprise! My cats LOVE them. They immediately gravitated to the sweet one and then started rolling around and playing, taking turns to rub against it and lick it again. They don’t seem too interested in the other flavors right now, but it’s only been 10 minutes. I will buy again!

... if it wasn't for the horrible, HORRIBLE stickers on the back. While they do last and are holding up strong even in a multi-cat household, they are also a nightmare to get off ... whatever you stuck it to. Stuck it to a wall, to the side of furniture, plastic, wood ... it does not come off clean and you'll have the sticky, foam-like thick glue residue on there. GooGone helps, but they should warn you that you're about to leave an ugly mark. Second time around buying this set, I used my own Command strips. That's my recommendation. If you don't care ... even better, because it is a great product. We have multiple cats and they all seem to like it. For well over a year they just hung somewhere and I'd see them having fun with it and licking. It was time to replace them and they're still a big hit. It's rare to find something for cats that they all love (all 7 of them!) for longer than a day or two. Like I said, they seem to last very long ... except for the mini yellow-ish one that's more like a thick paste once they lick it. That's superpopular and is gone within a couple hours. First come, first serve. Haha. Anyway, work on that sticker and it's a 5-star rating!

Ugh. My cat didn't lick these once despite loving catnip. They get 3 stars because they were easy to install and never fell off. I hope they don't leave a mark when I take them down. I do wonder if the catnip is strong enough or if I got one that was old and no longer effective or my cat is just being picky as cats tend to be.

This is sad, when I bought these I was absolutely thrilled that my cat's would enjoy the different flavors and would be some sort of a preoccuping relief for me, To be able to just grab a minute of free time for myself its hard to keep them busy for a little bit but to say with all of my apologies my cat's totally hated all of them not one flavor did they even find at best a little bit interesting I've got 12-14 cat's so it can't be said that it's cuz I have a picky cat. I've got 12, either the cat on the advertisement was enjoying something of a different flavor made for just that ad or it wasn't given what I received, Not "ONE" not even one, liked ur product ! that's shameful. When u go back to reformulate ur product and if ur able to truly do this with all honesty let me know I'll give it a try once more or maybe I should say my cat's will give it another try Hopefully !!!! I have 2 cats and they absolutely did not care about them. Maybe sniffed for about 30 seconds. I tried keeping the caps off/on and encouraging them to use them (and ignoring them, because, cats) and nothing. However, my dog did eat the energy ball one, for whatever that's worth. I think she just bit it off and swallowed it. They have now become part of the wall because I don't know if I'll ever be able to get them off!! I thought they were supposed to come off easily, but that won't be happening. I'm scared to remove them because it'll surely damage the wall. So that + cats not interested...bummer.
