Follow up Review: We are very happy with this bike and my son is now out of there training wheels n riding it happily on two. Such a sturdy bike. Tires are still doing what they should after many miles of use. Would highly recommend if the issues with assembly from my initial review aren’t a big deal to you. Well worth it several years later👍🏾 Original Review: The package arrived in decent shape but I quickly encountered my first issue. The handle bar was upside down🤦🏾♀️ Removing the screws that secured the handle bar was a challenge because the key provided wouldn’t catch in the screws. It took about 10 minutes just to do that and turn the handles in the right position. Then the next challenge was getting the stem attached to the frame. The directions that came with the product as many reviewers stated are generic and not helpful for this bike assembly. The picture on amazons page for the bike was more helpful but still didn’t give clear instructions on how to secure the stem of the handle bars to the frame of the bike. After about 20 minutes of trying to figure this out I finally got the piece secured. Finally our last disappointment was the bell that is supposed to come with the bike was not included in our package. Amazon can’t request that piece be sent as it comes from a third party and so that really stinks. Hoping I can find info for the ToyStar company so I can try and get this piece my son was excited about. Over all now that it’s all assembled it’s a nice looking bike and sturdy looking too. The tires aren’t flimsy at all. We will be taking the bike out tomorrow for a test run and I will revise my review to include how it goes as that is the most important part after all. Also there is a little scratch on the frame but not a big deal for me.

I purchased this bike for my son for Christmas, and it has been a hit right out of the box! Here’s why we love it: Easy Assembly: Putting this bike together was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I had it ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Great Value: Considering the quality and features, this bike is a steal. It’s well-built and sturdy, perfect for a growing child. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. Stylish Design: The bike looks awesome! My son loves the color and cool design. It’s definitely an eye-catcher in the neighborhood. Personalization: The best part for my son was the stickers that came with the bike. He was over the moon about customizing his new wheels with his name and some fun decals. It made the bike feel uniquely his. Overall, I highly recommend this bike for any young rider. This bike was a terrible purchase. That’s what you get for being cheap. We opted for this as a first lea er bike following a strider. Hoping it would grow a bit with our toddler and didn’t want to spend too much since we expected, as he learns, the bike would incur a bit of a beating. But this bike just falls apart. It’s cheaply made, none of the bolts stay tight no matter how many times you tighten them. The ones which hold the wheels on, just wiggle their way right off. The seat swivels side to side unable to tighten securely in place. And the tires and tubes are absolutely garbage. Ours arrived out of box with a busted tube. Additionally the tube doesn’t really fit the tire or the rim. Have tried to replace the tub with two different sizes and it’s the same issues. Something about the way it’s designed constantly causes a tire to pop. Even had a proper bike shop pro look at it. New tube in, lasted a few hours. Total disaster. Have spent two weeks since its arrival trying to problem solve so our kid can actually ride his bike at school with his friends and there’s always an issue making it unrideable. Have tried to contact the companies customer service several times and been rerouted to a foreign country with zero help to offer. Don’t waste your money.

Assembly took my husband a little while, some of the bolts were in the wrong places and he had to switch them around until they were in the right place. But so far it has been a great, sturdy bike for my son. He rides hard and over rock, dirt, and gravel on our rural property, so we needed something sturdy. Great deal for the money.
