I've tried several of these posture braces and this is definitely the best one. The pads to protect the armpit area and the the moving shoulder connection make a huge difference. Discomfort has prevented me from using these braces in the past but these functions allow me to comfortably wear this all day at work. It's breathable and the added metal bar for upper back support helps a lot. I have scoliosis and have tried so many braces in my life and this has got to be one of the best over the counter options I've come across. ... show more

This is the better of several back braces I have tried. I am working from home now a days and this product is such a great to have. The way you can pull the shoulder straps tighter in order to pull the shoulders back is a plus and the metal strips down the center help with my posture. It is light weight and doesnt put extra burdon on shoulders. The tightness is great and is very easy to put on. Adjustable straps are convinient to give added flexibility for most of the bosy types. This brace is comfortable and will be cool in warm weather. Easy to put on and adjust, good quality, it does improve my slumped posture, it's easy to move around in. It also feels good on my mid back. The only downside is the top gaps outward into a V ... It doesn't lay flat. It needs a short horizontal stay to keep it flat. This brace came quickly and was easy to put on and adjust. Instructions are on the box. It's lightweight and doesn't feel bulky like some braces do. It really helps with my upper back and neck strain and gives the extra support I need when I'm standing all day for work. I've been wearing this item for a week now. The material is nice. It's very easy to use and the straps for the abdomen part is adjustable. There's also pads for the underarm or you can move it a little higher if you want for comfort. This really helped me with my posture and relieves my back pain. It is also great to use at work since I'm in the medical field and have to lift or assist people.
