For years I have battled neck pain. I both sit at a desk for 3-4 hours a day as well as ride my road bike 20mi a day at least four days a week. In my never-ending search for a "cure" I found that my pain might be emanating from my chest rather than my delts due to the rolling forward of my shoulders. I decided to give this a try. The price was so low that I didn't even think twice. I'm so glad that I did. This has gone a long way to helping me fix the neck and shoulder pain that I have been experiencing for years. Words of caution/advice: Do not start by wearing this all day, or even half a day. You will be sorry. Do not tighten it too much. It's tempting to tighten this thing down but you will regret it. Remember, you're moving muscles that have "learned" to be in a particular position. Go slow and work up to wearing for longer periods of time. I recently purchased a second one to wear on my bike rides (it gets sweaty and I don't want to have to wash my other one every day). Last. . . . it takes some getting used to on the comfort side. I wear it under my clothes and if you don't adjust the straps perfectly, they can rub you raw. Just something to keep in mind when deciding what works best for you. Okay this is the last thing. . . . Although it's not the easiest to achieve, try to get the back strap below your shoulder blades. It gives you so much better support and it makes it more comfortable. ... show more
