I’ve tried a few posture correctors before, but this one is by far the best! The material is so soft and stretchy, it actually feels comfortable to wear, not stiff or scratchy like others I’ve tried. I love that it’s adjustable too, so I can tighten or loosen it depending on how I’m sitting or moving around. After just a few days, I can already feel a difference in my shoulders and back. This is an affordable and reliable way to help with your posture. It assists with holding your shoulders back- which, with poor posture your shoulders usually roll forward like a hunch. I can see how this would gradually re position the shoulders, relieving tension on the back and likely reducing back pain. Also comes with strap extenders for bigger sizes. Awesome
