This is the worst posture corrector I’ve ever purchased. The straps dig painfully into your shoulders within minutes. It’s marketed as comfortable, but it feels like a tight torture device. The material is cheap, rough, and causes instant sweating. No matter how you adjust it, the fit is awkward and painful. The Velcro barely sticks and keeps coming loose. Instead of pain relief, it actually caused more back pain. After a few uses, the elastic lost all support. The instructions are confusing and poorly written. It even makes squeaky noises every time you move. The size chart is inaccurate, way smaller than expected. Absolutely no lumbar support despite what’s advertised. Feels like a flimsy toy, not a medical support product. Tried to return it, but that process was a headache too. Overall, this is a complete waste of money and time. ... show more

Seems to be helpful so far. Definitely needs to be worn over a shirt, since it hooks under the arms, but I can absolutely notice a difference. I'm still getting accustomed to the process, and it won't do all the work for you, but it is fairly impressive for the price.

This posture strap fits perfectly. I wear it on my morning walks. Honestly, I’d rather not wear it because I’m more comfortable without it. However, if I don’t wear it, I begin to slouch my shoulders round over and forget to use good posture. Don't waste your time or money. I should have read the reviews. I wasn't even going to give it one star but I had to in order to submit this review. I completely agree with the folks who said it is very uncomfortable and digs into your armpits cutting off circulation my arms started to get numb in just a few minutes. Impossible to put on by yoursel you need another person to get it on and adjusted, unles you have arms that are 4 foot long and can reach around yo adjust it. And with all of that, it really doesn't even work. ... show more
