Follow the sizing guide given on the page. I did, and I found it to be accurate. For reference, I am 5’6” tall, 115 pounds. I usually buy size Small in everything, but according to the sizing guide, I needed the Medium, which is the one I chose. It fits perfectly! When you measure your “upper waist”, this means to measure the upper rib area, just below the breasts. This is where the lower elastic band fits. Notice that in the item description, they state that this item is for “kids, teens and adults.” It also shows the height measurement for the Small to be quite short. I think that the Small size is the one for “kids”. The brace is very comfortable and does not pinch me anywhere. The Medium was perfect for me. Make sure you follow the page size guide, because the elastic, although stretchy, is not adjustable anywhere, so if you get a size that’s too small, it will be uncomfortable. I highly recommend this item! The price is very reasonable, and it really does help with posture, especially if you are sitting in front of a computer all day. The item arrives in a box that’s fully sealed, so you know that you are receiving a new item and not one that’s been used/returned. It does not have any instructions for putting it on, but it is self-explanatory. The velcro closure goes in the front, under the breasts, and the arms go through the openings in the back. Most definitely 5 stars or more for this item!

This is more comfortable than others I have tried that do not have as much coverage with the wide straps and also that do not have the padding. The wide straps also make it easier to put on. I can wear it for a few hours and then the velcro against my skin can feel irritating. While wearing it, it does force my shoulders back and corrects me from hunching over and standing with a swayed back. Gives you a nice silhouette. Good value for under $7.

I got this posture corrector for my wife who is in her mid-70s. She's suffering from upper back pain, mostly due to poor posture habits. I constantly remind her to straighten up several times a day but within minutes unconsciously reverts back to the way she was. She's glad that I found this posture corrector, they could have come up with a better name, but it does pull back her shoulders slightly and does correct her shoulder alignment, and improves her posture. What she likes the most about this one is that you can wear it under your clothes as it's made of light breathable material. It's interesting that they suggest limiting the time you wear it to around 2 hours a day. They claim that after 3 weeks you'll develop muscle memory to help adopt good posture habits.

I’ve tried other posture correctors with little success because they were too uncomfortable to wear, so I thought I’d try this one since it’s designed for women. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s comfortable. The straps don’t dig in (I wear this over a shirt). It doesn’t pull my shoulders back as strongly as others, but it works well enough. The elastic back support belt can be adjusted. I spend too much time hunched over a keyboard and this just might counter that. Recommended, especially if you’ve tried other braces and found them unwearable. This one works well and comfortably.

This is a comfortable posture helper. Sitting at a desk all day can be brutal on your back so wearing something that helps your muscle memory can be useful. The box this came in said 'back brace' so hopefully it 's also good for helping correct slouchy posture. So far it feels like it's helping. it's easy to put on and the velcroe stays well put.

This posture corrector is made of stretchy elastic, so it's comfortable to wear. It's not a brace but does provide a good physical reminder to maintain good posture. This is especially helpful for someone like me who spends a good deal of time sitting at a desk. I can feel myself slouching and getting a tense back by the end of the day.

This posture brace does work, but there are a few points to make. The fit aligns with the size chart, so it did fit me appropriately. It’s much easier to put on than another one I have. The velcro is secure and does stay in place once attached. Short terms wear for an hour or so is fine, it’s longer term where I ran into a few little issues. I wore those over a t-shirt and the shoulder straps started to rub in my armpits. The band that goes under the bust starts to feel constricting across your ribs, upper stomach area. All in all it’s a good brace to wear for shorter periods of time. Reminds you to sit up straight.
