    • The back support bends. I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that or if it has to be stiff.
I've try it out for a few minutes and I notice that the back is not sturdy enough because it bends. If I notice any improvement in my posture after 28 days I'll let you know. 05/12/2026 Ok, so, it makes you feel comfortable because it gives the sensation that someone is holding and lifting you up a little around your waist. I inserted a metal 📏 along with what it has to give support to your back, but nothing more than that. The fit is terrible. Straps rub under armpits. Very uncomfortable. I bought several and have NOT found one that is comfortable. Returned all. I weigh 153 lbs.

If you need help to stand up straight, this product is perfect. It took about a week for my back muscles to adjust to standing straight but then found when I took it off I was not slouching as much.
