It works! I rarely write reviews on medical devices but I was having back pain right below my neck and across my shoulders. I figured it was posture because I am on the computer a great deal of the day. I started doing exercises to strengthen my Trapezius muscles and decided to try this posture corrector. Almost instantly the pain across my shoulders stopped, as soon as I took the device off the pain returned. I’ve worn it for 2 days now and I will say that it works. It’s not uncomfortable, it’s very supportive. It pinches a little under the arm but only if I wear a tank top or if the shoulders need to adjust. The sizing guide was perfect for me. It’s super easy to adjust. It fits a little tight but I’m fairly certain that’s the way it’s intended for support. I have to force myself to remove it because my back feels fantastic when I have it on but I don’t want to become reliant on it. It is making me more mindful of not slouching or leaning in at the computer. I’d venture to say I love this thing. It’s easy to use, and It wasn’t very expensive.

Who doesn't need back support these days? We work in an era, where we continuously sit on our chairs hunched. This full back brace support is great to keep your posture correct. This back brace provides support to your back, lumbar, and shoulders! You truly feel it once you wear it. I have a lot of back pain due to incorrect posture and when wearing this, I feel like a new person. This back brace comes in 3 different sizes and very adjustable. I recommend getting the size true to your waist measurement for the best fit. This back brace really helps train your body to have correct posture. I think it's essential in life to avoid other health concerns. This will overall help spinal health and make you look taller as your posture gets better in time. I usually wear this back brace for about 20-30 minutes a day to slowly help improve my posture. Everytime I do wear it, I just feel great. The instruction manual says to wear the back brace for 1-2 hours a day for about 28 days to see good progress. I definitely think this brace is worth it if you're serious about your posture and overall health! It's very easy to wear. This back brace has 4 Velcro straps that easily adjust to your waist measurement. Another great part about this back brace is that it's breathable. The mesh fabric is made of good quality for best comfort and avoid overheating. I absolutely love this back brace and I look forward to good spinal health!

My husband purchased this posture support belt for me. It does help straighten the spine. It is easy & comfortable to wear. The tiny holes on the back of the belt help your back stay cool when worn during a walk outside. The belt was well-made. I recommend this belt over the other types offered on Amazon.

Like whoever is reading this, I have bad posture. Made it a New Years goal to correct my posture, it really seemed like it was working. It was difficult however to have it on while sitting. I mostly used it while standing for about 3 days before I returned it. However, I didn't return it because it wasn't working or I didn't feel a difference. I returned I because I was asking my physical therapist his thoughts on it. He told me that with some simple arms and shoulder exercises my posture should correct itself. Need to lose weight anyways to decided to hit the gym more and not use the posture corrector. Again, I only used it for 3 days so I can't say if it fixes your posture after 60 days or whatever. But I did feel pretty straight after using it
