My only complaint is that the straps that go under the arms are rough and irritate the skin. I wear it under my shirt. I ended up getting a set of seat belt pads. they fit the straps well and are soft against my skin. Now I am perfectly satisfied with this unit. I would buy it again. I have had neck and shoulder pain for some time now. Most of it, I can attribute to staring at a small screen held about chest high for far too long during the day.
