There are very minimal instructions. Had 3 different people work on it and attempt to program. We used youtube/included instructions etc and still cannot figure out how to program. Using it as a money box, it opens and closes nicely how ever it took 35plus minutes of scrolling thru online and watching videos to figure out how to open it without a key. ... show more

I run a Bingo hall for my housing complex, and we wanted to have better control over our money. So I bought this register to help. It was easy to set up and operate. Loading the receipt paper is super easy. Still learning everything but would highly recommend this register.

Doesn't come with a manual and what it came with is a tri folded piece of paper with pictures. Had to look online for owners manual. Is not a good buy it doesn't give you anything you need to know you have to go online to search for everything it's a waste of time. Spent two days trying to figure out a register that I could have used my old one so got the old one out now the new one is back in its box if I cannot figure it out in the next by the next week I'm getting my $200 back ... show more

This is awful. No instructions, no tech support. We are basically using it as a money box. Impossible to figure out. Even the compartments in cash drawer are too small to hold bills without jamming them in, then impossible to get out to make change. It looks like there should be a way to move the bill (money) dividers but cannot figure it out. Worthless..... ... show more
