Doesn't come with a manual and what it came with is a tri folded piece of paper with pictures. Had to look online for owners manual. Is not a good buy it doesn't give you anything you need to know you have to go online to search for everything it's a waste of time. Spent two days trying to figure out a register that I could have used my old one so got the old one out now the new one is back in its box if I cannot figure it out in the next by the next week I'm getting my $200 back

There are very minimal instructions. Had 3 different people work on it and attempt to program. We used youtube/included instructions etc and still cannot figure out how to program. Using it as a money box, it opens and closes nicely how ever it took 35plus minutes of scrolling thru online and watching videos to figure out how to open it without a key.

I have owned and operated many cash registers in my 35 years in retail. This is by far the cheesiest, most complicated and hardest to use. The drawer is plastic. The manual is written in pidgin- makes no sense at all and there is no 'no sale' key. Provided I can ever get it to function, it MIGHT be worth a quarter of its price. Do not buy this. have to download from Microsoft website to load contents of the provided disk. The disk says USB is not compatible but has a USB port on the back. The only included cord is a USB. This item should be ready out of the box instead of having to program everything. It would be better if an example spreadsheet was already loaded on the disk and keys set up as examples so the user can see how everything is formatted. User needs to set BAUD rates and other parameters. For $200 it should be set up so an average laptop can send and receive data. I'm sorry I bought this.
