So first off this was for my aunt to exercise at home. She had back surgery and it was to help her get back to shape and also have exercise at home instead of just physical therapy. She learned about the band there and liked the workout. Well we got these and there is no explanation of how to use them, there is no video or explanation anywhere online. Even her physical therapist couldnt figure it out. So first off unless your about six and a half feet tall all the bands are too loose. There is no way to make them tighter on your ankles. Also the velcro just doesn't work, the door thing is terrible. Nothing is as easy as they make it out to be. Like I said no Instructions. Professionals couldnt even figure out how to use it. Also any photo or video provided you might think oh I can figure it out... just no... it's not that simple. Like I said unless your huge it wont work and the bands dont hold together around ankles and the door thing is no where close to working

Excellent product for the price point. I use my bands 3 to 5 times a week on average. The one I use the most starter to rip a bit but that could have just been me stretching it beyond its limits. (Not sure if I did or not, but just guessing). Would highly recommend these for a cheap alternative to at home gym equipment.

received these bands last week. I am a bit disappointed as they are not as thick as I had hoped, and likely will not last very long. Going back to my previous brand. Would not recommend. Only really able to use two of the bands, the others offer very little resistance.

normally i would give them a 4 star rating. but this bribery thing is ridiculous. however it's fairly cheap. the bands break overtime, but what do you expect ? I like them because the exercises get me to work on some of my joint and weak connecting tissues issues. Also I've come up with some of my own exercises that work for me.
