Got this for our dog who was recently diagnosed with cancer. He is large (160 lbs) and had to have a front leg amputation. The wagon has held up pretty nicely so far. Its large enough to fit him (he is pretty wide) and is easy for him to get in and out of. We were worried about the wheels. We use the wagon 4+ times a day, and while the wheels do show some wear and tear already, they are holding up pretty nicely. Highly recommend this for your large breed!

Second update: Portal customer service from China finally reached out and told me they were sending a replacement wagon. It arrived today. It took about a month with the back and forth but great job by them standing behind their product. Update to review: still love the wagon- wheels are horrific. All 4 have literally fallen to pieces after 2 months. A dozen mile rides on a dirt road. The pictures are not even showing how bad they are. Photos taken 2 weeks ago and they have continued to disintegrate. Be prepared to buy different wheels. Don’t bother replacing at $120 for 4 because they don’t last. Warranty on Portal website reads they will replace. However the company is in China-they continuously respond they will look into it then quit answering correspondence. Still love this wagon for my senior dog- it is low enough to the ground that she can get in by herself and I use the cargo net loosely over her just for safety in the event she tries to stand and I’m not looking. I put a dog bed in too for comfort and when its time to get her out, I open the tailgate and gently pull her on the bed out onto the ground. It’s probably no more than a foot. Good quality, plenty of pockets and love that the handle doesn’t flop to the ground. Front brakes work great. I did my research between a wagon and a stroller and I’m glad I went this route. So that it can be used for other uses. Use this on dirt roads grass pavement etc. I imagine a beach might be tough but it would be in any wagon. Highly recommend.

Our dog has 3 legs & recently lost any movement on her remaining back leg due to cancer. We needed to figure out a way to bring her outside & go on outdoor walks still. It took a lot of searching but I stumbled upon this wagon thankfully. Our dog is about 90 pounds & I thought it would be impossibly to find a wagon big enough for her, let alone one that can allow her to easily get in. This wagon came in folded very compact, I was impressed, & it is very heavy duty. It has become our everyday routine to have her get into this wagon & she loves it & we love it. We have even hauled other items in here it carries plenty. This wagon is worth it.

This wagon is actually large enough for my elderly 76lb dog. It arrived assembled, and is easy to deploy and fold up for storage. The back panel folds down for easy entrance and holds his weight when he walks on it to get in. The panel buckles into place so it won't pop open while the wagon is in motion. The fabric portions are sturdy and good quality. I added a cushion bottom for a more comfortable ride. The brakes on the front wheels work pretty well. The steering is fine, not bad not great, and the wheels work fine but are a hard plastic- I may look to swap them out with a softer ride/quieter rubber option if available. It also comes with a mesh net you can clip on over items so they don't pop out. I would buy this again. 4.5 stars

Could not be happier with this wagon by Portal. The quality is excellent and the convenience is amazing. We took it out of the box, took the cover off and it pops open and is ready to use. We purchased this to take our dog for walks and outings as he wasn't able to walk far due to arthritis. Soon as we opened it and put the tailgate down, he climbed in. He weighed 92 lbs and rode in complete comfort. He loved it and so did we. I plan to use it on our annual pumpkin farm trip with friends. We take chairs, mini tables and a lot of food and drink on this excursion. It says 600lb capacity so I'm sure it will stand up to the task. It folds up easily by pulling a strap in the center. I'd say it's no more than 12'x12' folded and it has a cover to go over it. I can lift it and get it in my car on my own. It's convenience all around and totally worth the price imo.

Got this because we have a elderly English bulldog who doesn't like to take any sort of walks anymore. He sits comfortably in this thing with our Pyranees. So it holds good weight, tires could probably be more durable as they seem to be wearing on the tread. It also folds up pretty tight and fits in a big for tossing in truck/SUV.

The wagon is a great size for taking to travel ball games. But the wheels are very cheaply made. After 1 month they are already falling apart. Portal needs to improve the quality of their product. I’ve sent them an email requesting new and better wheels. For the cost of this wagon it should last longer than a month.
