The media could not be loaded. WASTE OF MONEY -I got this portable washing machine hoping it'd be a neat solution for washing kitchen essentials like washcloths and pot holders. I wanted to be able to wash my kitchen cloths in the kitchen instead of taking it to the laundry room. This ended up being a bit of a letdown and a horrible waste of money. First up, it just doesn't get stuff clean. I gave it a fair shot, running a 15-minute cycle with what should have been an overkill amount of detergent. But nope, my items still came out smelling musty. The machine's agitating basket seems too small and weak to actually scrub anything clean. Honestly, I feel like I could've done a better job just washing things by hand in the sink. Then there's the spin dryer—or should I say, the 'spin' dryer. It's supposed to dehydrate your clothes, but it barely does anything. Clothes just cling to the side, coming out almost as wet as they went in. Considering I dropped 60 bucks on this, I'm not just disappointed; I feel like it was a waste of money. My test run with a couple of washcloths and pot holders should have been a breeze for this machine, but it struggled hard. I'm definitely returning it. Finally, and this really grinds my gears, the reviews that led me to buy this thing seemed fishy. After a closer look, I realized a bunch of those glowing 5-star reviews were actually for a completely different product—a mesh laundry bag, not this portable washer. Reviews raving about how great a mesh bag was for delicates clearly have nothing to do with this machine. It feels like there's been some unethical switch with reviews for another product, misleading customers big time. If you're looking for a handy gadget to take a little workload off your hands, this isn't it. Might be best to stick with traditional methods or look for a stronger alternative. This machine's just not up to the task, and the misleading reviews only add insult to injury.

Okay, I understand you get what you pay for. I needed a small, mini washer for my guinea pig blankets as I didn't want to put them in with my clothes. The machine may handle those small pieces, wash only. However, I tried it out with one of my fluffy pillowcases. No way! It washed the one for the bed just fine, but the 18"x18" for the square sofa pillow was too heavy. It didn't rotate well when washing and I had to babysit the machine til it was done. Now the spinner...useless! I couldn't get one pillowcase (yes, that is what's in the pic), to stay in the little spinner cup and there is nothing keeping it in there, so as it spins, it keeps coming out and getting caught under the spinner cup. There is no lid on the little cup. I was going to get one for my mom, but it won't be this one. I will not return it, but I can't endorse it either. I hope this helps. Update: The dehydrator on the machine spins quite well for the size and affordability of this machine. You have to use the little basket that comes with the machine and that doesn't hold much, but it does spin pretty good and in one direction. I just wish you could fit more in the basket without the machine getting all wonky and shaking off the counter. I am going to use it exclusively for my piggies small blankets, so for that purpose, it will work. You can use it for lingerie and undies. It did remove a great deal of water from my cotton undies so I could hang them to finish drying. I had to gently squeeze my face towel to remove a very small amount of water. I did run the dehydrator twice and put the drain hose down so the excess water would flow out. You may want to buy a drying rack with this item. I hope this helps.

I was optimistic this would be perfect for my daughter going off to college. She will have practices 6 days a week and I thought this would be perfect to wash her practice shirt and shorts each evening. I tested it tonight. The washing cycle works ok, it’s very loud. The “drying” cycle does not work. The basket is very small. You can only fit one garment in it at a time. The spinning does not get any water out of the clothes. I would not recommend this portable washing machine.

It's small and compact which makes it easy to store. It did much better than I thought it would with washing my baby's clothes, however it started to malfunction after a while. So that's the only issue I had with it because I was hoping it would last much longer than it did.
