I waited to review this washer because I wanted to be sure it worked for me. I am very happy. It took some time to figure out a setup for this washer/spinner. The drain is simply gravity and that drain opening is very close to the floor….and too low to drain into my shower. My solution was to buy the roll around cart suggested on the same page as the washer, add 2 planks to heighten that opening off the floor and duct taped it to hold everything in place. I use my portable shower handle to fill the tub, add detergent sheet and clothes and start the washer. When done, drain it, then refill to rinse clothes…and one final drain. The drain works very well. The clothes need to be wrung out by hand…then into the spinner which is amazing! My ONLY complaint…the instruction book is printed in such a small font that you need a magnifying glass to read it! That is countered by the excellent customer service…they answered every single question promptly!

Awesome for apartments! Saves me trips to the laundromat and cleans clothes efficiently and the spin dryer works so well. The inlet hose does not fit my faucet so for now I just fill the wash basin with a bucket or more of water but I’ve seen others use a handheld shower hose to fill it. So there are options. Not big enough for really large and heavy quilts or covers but not a big deal. I can still wash 90% of my laundry in this machine. Very happy with this purchase! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reasonably priced as well.

This well-built compact washer is definitely "compact." To get an idea of its size, picture a standard-size bathtub with a 24" X 52" bathing area. This washer would take up about two-thirds of that space. (A bathtub is actually an ideal place for one of these washers because it can be filled easily, and the water from the drain hose goes literally down the drain.) The washer has two powerful motors, one for the agitator and a second one for the spinning rinser. The agitator reverses direction after about fifteen seconds, ensuring that whatever is being laundered (including jeans, bed sheets, and towels) will have all dirt and grime removed. A small amount of any detergent will work well in this washer. The duration of the washing cycle can be set to as short as one minute and as long as fifteen minutes. The timer on the powerful spin dryer extends from one to five minutes--and the clothes are almost dry when the spinner shuts off. One drawback of this washer is that it lacks a pump for filling the washer, causing the user to have to fill it manually with a bucket. An easy "fix" is to buy an inexpensive battery-operated pump, attach the washer's filler hose to the pump, and immerse the pump in a small bucket of cold or hot water. The pump will fill the washer quickly and easily. Although compact, this washer is heavy and does not move when running. For those who do no more than about twelve pounds of laundry at a time, this compact and powerful washer may be an ideal purchase.

I have been washing clothes by hand for decades. I would only use laundry facilities when washing bulky or heavy items. Everything else I washed in a bucket with a plunger-looking thingy (that I also bought on Amazon). I do not find hand washing to be onerous. On the contrary, most of the wash time is soak time. But as I have been doing laundry this way for decades, over the years, I noticed that I had less strength in my hands, wrists, and arms, and wringing out the clothes was difficult. I would end up draping dripping clothes on my drying rack. It was a mess. Enter this washing machine. Now, my mom and grandma had portable Hoover washing machines in the 70’s and 80’s that they rolled up to the kitchen sink. They were heavy beasts made of metal and had thick, rubber hoses that actually could fit on a faucet. This is not those. This is a plastic made-in-China thing with thin plastic hoses that could never in a million years fit on any American faucet. If you think this thing is a replacement for a “real” washing machine, you’d be wrong. It’s not even a replacement for the old-timey portable washing machines. What this thing is is an easier way to hand wash. If you think of it this way, you’ll never be disappointed. It’s very light, which is good. I pick it up easily and put it in my tub. The inlet hose is a joke, so I fill a bucket and pour the water in the washer that way. Others have rigged up funnels on their shower head. You’ll figure something out. I don’t find that to be much of a pain; after all, I’m used to doing laundry by hand, so this is similar enough that I’m not bothered. If you’re used to a large automatic washer where you throw the clothes in, set it, and walk away for a half hour or more, this will seem to be a pain in the butt. But coming from hand washing, it’s fine. The best part of this is the spinner. It gets so much water out of my clothes that they are barely damp when I hang them on my drying rack. No more wringing! That is the best part. Heck, I wouldn’t mind washing clothes by hand in my bucket and just using the spinner function to get the water out. Don’t use too much detergent. Most people have that problem when using any kind of washer. You don’t need tons of suds. Also, keep the water in the tub while spinning. You need the weight. Drain it after you’re done using the spinner. In conclusion, if you think you’re getting a smaller, lighter version of an automatic washing machine, you’ll be disappointed. But if you want something a step up from hand washing, then this is the thing for you. You’ll love it! No more wringing!
