Slow to heat up or do anything. Per Google it’s supposed to vibrate and heat up. No vibration at all and barely any heat. Have to stay by an outlet as cord is short. Too late to return, feel it’s a waste of money. One reviewer said to test it by placing the head in 2 mm of water so I’ll try that but doubt it will work. ... show more

Unfortunately, the timer is not holding the set time. You put 15 minutes, but and it switches off after 3 or 4 minutes.

I've had it for just a few days, but so far it works as expected. I verified that is indeed producing US waves (I put the head 2mm deep in a glass of water), and have used it for 3 sessions. The ultrasound machine stopped working in just over a month. Disappointing. Not easy to contact seller, since Amazon handles this item. No return or replacement available. Cheaply made. Waste of money.
