The media could not be loaded. Ok so you are getting a 45 dollar sewing machine here and for what it is, I gave 5 stars. This does not compare even remotely with my pfaff but, I purchased this for a tiny space while my other machine was out of commission.... (ok ok my other three machines but I digress) This machine is noisy. It's faster and stronger than sewing by hand which is why I bought it. The pedal is kind of terrible but I did use it quite a lot when I needed speed control. When I had a long straight seam, or when sewing over layers, the button gave a much better drive to the stitches. Did I mention layers? Yeah like 4 layers of corduroy with stuffing.... did it complain? Some.... but overall it impressed me. This is, in my opinion, NOT a beginner friendly machine. If I had to learn to sew on this, I would have given up on the first 20 minutes. I am not a beginner and I have a pretty good understanding of a sewing machine, pattern assembly, and fabric manipulating. These things contributed enormously to my success in using this machine. This would be ideal for a camper or motor home because it is tiny. It would do well for light mending, or, as in my case where space is tight and you're making smaller crafty items. The stitch options are impressive at this price point. I did not try button holes but I'd wager you could make it happen in a pinch. The backstitch option is a must, and other machines at this price point did not have that which was a deciding factor in my purchase. The extender table is very handy and was also a factor in my purchase. If you are buying a machine to learn to sew a beautiful wardrobe(or anything beautiful lol) or make a quilt, this machine is probably not the one. There are reasonably priced machines for purchase that will out perform this one exponentially. I WOULD buy this machine again. It will go in the camper, once I can set up my other machines, so I always have access to a sewing machine even in small spaces.

I don't know how this gets great reviews. 1st off the electric cord is extremely short so you have to use an extension cord. 2nd when I was attempting to see two pieces of lightweight material it would stop running and I had to keep turning it by hand to get it going. 3rd when it was running it would skip a stitch every 25 to 30 stitches. 4th when it would run the light would flicker on and off. While it comes with a good assortment of thread and bobbins they didn't match so that was a waste. So this will be going back.

This little turquoise sewing machine is so darn cute!!! I am not a beginner seamstress but needed a compact, lightweight machine to hem, fix seams, sew small curtains and make pillow covers. This fits the bill! The extension arm is great and it has a light which I need. The accessory packet is fully loaded with thread of every color, bobbins prewound in the same colors, plus two prewound black bobbins and two prewound white. Extra needles and and a tiny pair of scissors. It is lighter to carry than my purse, lol!!! Can’t wait to do the mending/hemming I’ve put off because I didn’t want to do it all by hand. VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

Not sure yet. When buying, practice immediately with it to get a sense of its durability. The tension on it is of concern and is constantly needs to be adjusted. But for the money, could be worth it if you know to problem solve. The presser foot also seems wobbly at times.

Compared to traditional sewing machines, this one is lightweight and doesn't take up much space. It's compact and portable, yet it still includes the basic functions you’d expect from a standard machine. It comes with 12 built-in electric stitch patterns and a bobbin system, and I found it easy to learn how to use. It can run either with a power adapter or four batteries, which makes it flexible depending on where you're working. The included sewing table lets me set it up on any flat surface when I need to sew. The LED light helps illuminate the sewing area, which makes it easier to see any issues while you're working. Despite its size, it’s capable of sewing through up to five layers of fabric. It works with a range of materials, including denim, cotton, linen, synthetic fabrics, low-stretch materials, thin leather, laser fabrics, and Oxford cloth. When I tried sewing the legs of a pair of trousers, I found this machine more effective than a handheld sewing machine. It made the process easier and required less effort. Even though I had never used an electric sewing machine before, it wasn’t difficult to get the hang of. Overall, this machine offers basic functions at a reasonable price, making it a practical choice for beginners or those who need a lightweight, straightforward sewing option.
