Very glad I finally pulled the trigger on getting one of these. I’ve been wanting a push-up board for some time now: I have chronic wrist issues from my job, and the strain on my wrists from regular push-ups are just very difficult for me. This board is excellent for what I need, and has a bunch of extra features that I’ve really been enjoying. I LOVE how easy it is to store the board when I’m not using it. I’ve found it very convenient and simple to put together when I need it, and it has a very small footprint when stored which is perfect for my tiny workspace. Just the board alone has been great for starting out with my workout routine. I like how the handles can be placed around the board in different spots to help target different muscles, this was an added bonus I didn’t expect to be so useful and so far it is very effective, I can feel that I’m getting a lot more out of my push-ups. The resistance bands along with the wheels and bar are great add-ons! The collapsible bar attaches to the bands, and it lets me do a whole host of various workouts targeting my back and most of upper and lower body as well as my core. It’s been much easier to focus on different muscle groups at home, before this I would struggle with finding good home workouts that were well-rounded. I’ve used resistance bands on their own, and they work well but finding a door to anchor them to isn’t always convenient or easy to set up; having the board and the bar/wheels is so much easier, and just works very well for me. Overall I’ve gotten a lot more use out of this board and set than I imagined, it is an excellent value and is now a key piece in my home equipment. The board and pieces are nice and sturdy, and it keeps surprising me how much easier it’s been to stay on top of my workout routine with this.     • Still finding different ways to use it! Perfect for small living spaces and travel.
I am downsizing and was looking for a simple replacement for all of my bands and weights. The board is smaller than I expected but the product works as shown. I am still finding different ways of using this each time. I especially love the door anchor it comes with and the ab roller. I was SO sore after the first day. My 12 year old also uses it and loves it. Very pleased with this, can't wait to find all the ways to use it. Take your time getting to know this product, learn how to add different accessories on it and you will get in to a groove with it. I felt a little awkward the first few days because I spent so long between exercises readjusting and changing out parts. With the nature of my life as a mother of a very active kid, and since I am always on the go, we always like go to places.I love the equipment because I can squeeze it to my luggage even we are in the middle of traveling. (My picture is me before heading to travel and I need to do my count of push ups). The parts are easy to assemble,and once you are using it,the grip is good,it is sturdy and reliable. This is a great product for the home gym or for a gym on the go. It packs up into a nice compact bag to make it easy to take with you in luggage or in a carryon so you can always have some form of gym with you regardless of where you are going. The handles and three section bar are really well made and feel very good in your hands. I am a bigger guy at 6’3” and 289 pounds and I did not ever feel limited by this equipment with any of it exercises and always felt I got a good work out with the equipment. This is a very versatile fitness product. I live in a small apartment and this will allow me to do many exercises that I could only do with a heavy barbell set or expensive gym equipment. I was also very surprised by how small the setup is. This will be useful if I need to store it somewhere, and it won't take up a lot of storage space! I provided a photo next to my Nintendo Switch. The board was easy to put together and the instructions very clear on how to use it. The resistance bands feel strong and sturdy as well as the ab roller bar. It works well for my husband, me and our preteen son. The only thing I would add to it is a pad to stand on it when doing the arm curls (for comfort if you’re barefoot) ... show more
