Nice product. Easy to storage carries case. The only reason you receive 2 stars is because I never receive the CENTER ROTATING HANDLE! I am rewriting my feedback. The Company reached out to me about my review a couple days after it was posted. They where very professional. We had several communication via email. I requested they could send me the missing rotation handle. A short time later I received a complete brand new Duty Cord Storage Reel.
