I really liked this product for it's versatility and value. Plastic base is fairly small, good for discrete cable runs. 3M tape seems strong enough for most needs but I really liked adding the included screws where I attached multiple cables upside down under my desktop. You can use just screws, just adhesive tape, or combine for a very secure placement. And at 0.10 each, how can you beat the value. This would get 5 stars except the sticky backing does stick to anything more than 10 seconds. The little screws have to be used. I predrilled to make it easier to use them. Careful because the stick backing will either wraparound tiny drill bit or the little screw. Besides the backing I love these. Used them when installing new sound system in my car. ... show more

These little squares stick well to surfaces, even under relatively heavy load. I'd recommend placing them first, give them some time to adhere, and then attach your cables or whatever. But they're far more reliable than larger types I've tried, even though they have a smaller surface area. Keeps my cables looking neat and tidy. Keeps the wiring under my pedalboard super clean. For best results, clean the surface, attach, apply pressure, and let it set overnight. THEN fast all your stuff down. Outstanding product I wish I'd have known of years ago. The uses for these are endless. I used them for attaching lights under an outdoor awning. I was prepared to use glue if needed but after several months they are still holding up well. Great product that I will use again.
