I was really surprised by this that has really great sound eclipse on easy to something and it’s great especially if you want to use it for a speaker for your phone so when you have things spoken out loud, it comes through a speaker. The microphone isn’t the best so it’s not really good for phone calls But other than that it’s a great little speaker. The speaker has a compact, lightweight cylindrical design that fits nicely in one hand. The matte black finish looks sleek and resists fingerprints and scratches. It feels solid thanks to the ABS plastic body and metal speaker grille. The top buttons are intuitive and easy to use. There’s a small rubber pad on the bottom for grip, though it can still roll a bit if not placed carefully. It offers multiple playback options—Bluetooth, AUX, TF card, and USB drive—which makes it super versatile. I appreciate the 3.5mm AUX input for older devices, and both TF cards and USB drives (up to 32GB) worked well in my tests. That said, the ports are exposed without dust covers, so I wouldn’t recommend using this speaker near water, like in a bathroom or by the pool. Bluetooth pairing is fast and stable, with a range of about 33 feet. Even with a wall in between, I didn’t notice any lag or dropouts. AUX playback is also clear and consistent. Sound-wise, it performs best at medium volumes—vocals and mids are clear, and bass is decent, though it gets a bit thin at full volume. It’s well-suited for small rooms or casual outdoor use. Battery life is solid，I got around 10–11 hours on medium volume, close to the advertised 12 hours. It charges fully in about 3 hours via USB-C. I’ve tested it in several places，my living room, at the office, and on a picnic—and it’s handled all of them well. One thing I really like is the TF card mode—you can just pop in a card loaded with music and listen without needing a phone or internet. That makes it perfect for camping or travel. ... show more

I didn't have very high expectations for this Bluetooth speaker. It is a little larger than I expected, which isn't really good or bad, just is. The case is plastic, including the buttons, with the exception of the front speaker grill, which is painted metal. The speaker looks and feels kinda cheap. It charged up reasonably quickly with the included power cord. There is also a male to male jack cord. When it comes on you get some neat flashy colored lights, which luckily I figured out how to turn off because I knew they would get annoying quickly. It paired with my phone on the first attempt, so that was good, too. But the sound is poor at best. There is no base, and the highs and mids are, at best, muddy. It has other options that I haven't tried, like a micrd-SD card slot and a USSB-A slot, presumably to use it as an emergency charger. It does get loud enough for my needs, but I am not sure if I will actually use this as I have MUCH better sounding Bluetooth speakers that are smaller and more rugged. I only got this one for use by the shower since I can't remember where I put that little speaker. I guess this will do until I can find the better one I already have. ... show more

Unboxing and inspection: one of the round brushed metal-look plastic trim pieces on the right end is not attached and bouncing around in the unit. Probably due to rough handling by my mail carrier, but this is a cosmetic issue and I don't think this is important enough to request a return. I will attempt to disassemble and glue it back in place at some point. It does not seem to vibrate while playing, but that might change based on resting position or movement. There are a lot of tiny scratches on the inside of the clear plastic so it's been bouncing around in there awhile, even though I just opened it today. Lights: these are random and cycle through the full range of colors and breathing/flashing styles you'd typically see of say, an RGB strip to go behind your TV. But you can't control it. If I wanted just blue, or just red, it's not happening. You can't even turn the lights off. The lights even continue to go as long as the unit is turned on even with nothing playing. They aren't synced to each other, either, and while they match up every few minutes for a few seconds, it's not like they're connected to each other. Anyway, if the unit is off and plugged in to charge, there is a small red light above the play button that changes between red and blue when turned on and plugged in. I'll assume it stays blue once fully charged. System Sounds: it plays a piano sound when plugging in or unplugging a device. But the sound is the same for both actions, so unless you're looking right at the unit, you don't know what action occurred. There is a different sound as you reach the top of the volume adjustment. It plays sounds when you turn it on or off. I'm sure there are others I just haven't discovered yet. They are slightly louder than the volume the music was playing at, so it can be jarring. Speaking of volume, when I first plugged this little guy in and connected a cheap MP3 player to test it, I had to turn it down. It's a lot louder than you'd think it would be for the size. The volume increments (changed by long presses on the +/- buttons) feel appropriate. This would be a great item to have in say, an app control, so it could be more precise increments. I won't suggest a knob because of the implication. Sound Quality: it's a five watt speaker, it's not going to be shelf speaker quality. But it puts out clean enough sound in my testing, consisting of the kind of music a neurodivergent 46 year old guy in Oklahoma who had a goth phase in his 20s would have in it. So basically, Chappell Roan, The Darkness, and Nightwish. The highs are clean, the midrange is flat, and the bass is nearly nonexistent. It can fill a bedroom or living room with sound, but a 700 square foot workshop with 12 foot ceilings is a little much. HOWEVER for portable use, it's significantly better than the speaker in my iPhone SE3 and fills up, say, the interior of a minivan going down the road just fine. The Verdict: at the price it's just fine. I would give 4.5 stars if I could because the lights not being synced together on each side is quite distracting, but I can just put it slightly behind me when I'm working. If you have mail carriers who don't compete over how many things they can destroy every week, it'll arrive in one piece, it'll work when you plug something in or connect over Bluetooth, and you'll be happy. I wanted something to listen to my books when I was taking a shower at the office after the gym. This is about the size of a can of soda so it fits where I would usually put a sport drink. I think I've charged it twice since getting it. The battery life is good, even holding a charge when I'm not using for days on end. The sound is clear but the buttons don't work the way I expect. Instead of volume, they change chapters on my audio book. I use my phone for the volume. There is also a AUX port if you want to plug in. I have dropped it once, but all that happened was the metal mesh covering the speaker popped off so I snaped it back on. Overall it's a great little speaker that I hang do I don't have to have my phone near the shower. I don't know how water resistant it really is as I have a hook just outside the shower, but the sound is great. ... show more
