This doesn't give the same burst of freshness/water pressure as a typical bidet, but gets the job done. While I wish the spray surface were wider, it does work as advertised. After a month, I noticed a decline in output and was disappointed. However, I replaced the batteries and it was back at full force. You won’t completely replace ‘the paperwork,” and using regular TP won’t work because you’ll be wet. However, this device, when used with just one wet wipe, does the job, so I have cut down on the amount to paper I use even though I did have to switch to the sturdier wipes to complete the job. Still, I use every day and would say I’m happy with the purchase.

Let me say that it is so frustrating to use endless amounts of TP and wet wipes, only to feel like I’ve missed something. This does work! It uses up the supply of water quickly, and that is on high. Just use a lysol or Clorox wipe to clean this unit when done (as directed) and you are good to go. It’s really a blessing to have found this, didn’t want to have to install a bidet seat or a bidet type toilet. This works and works well! Comes with a pouch for travel and if on travel would be sure I had it with me! Was skeptical, I cannot lie, but it works well!

Without this you will have the brown sharpie problem, but after using this with one fill up on high, you will have to wipe maybe 3 or 4 times and then be done.
