It got here several days early, very easy to put together extremely cooling (it's like winter) it's very quiet has a remote and timer very simple to use and understand.. DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY Thinking of buying one more for the other end of my home

Disappointing; 1. Window insert is not customizable and is too long for my window 2. Exhaust vent hose gets extremely hot and eminates throughout the area 3. Due to the vent heat from hose, area temp never got below 85, when left set at 72 for 2hours. I will attempt to move locations and try again and re-review in 24 hours. Noise level is ok, still had to run an additional fan in the house to circulate. Set up ok missing 2 proper sized screws for vent. Worked better on Fan mode than Cool. Used 4kw in 2 hours. Follow up review the same.

I mainly used this A/C unit for cooling my cats outdoor house. It blows cold hair nicely and actually cooled down the cat home when it was 110 degrees outside. Would recommend for either cooling your pets or your room during the summer times.

UPDATED Review: this unit sucks!! if you ask me it's a waist of money next year I'll be looking to buy a different one it really doesn't cool the house it seem to make it warmer I use to own a LG one they are more expensive but I think I'll be going back to that one next year cause it actually works...if you see this save you money and keep looking.. Original review: So far it works nice and cool air it's coolling my small 2 bedroom apartment, what more can I ask for

Bought this for the back room that was poorly constructed and not insulated. This unit is a life saver. It is louder than I thought it would be/described (hence 4 stars) however, this unit has delivered and helped me battle the AZ heat at its peak. The air blows very cold -yes cold not cool- and the dry 'dh' setting is very useful. In the dry atmosphere the 'dh'(dehumidifier) dry setting blows cold air. Nice to not have to use the cool 'a/c' setting all the time. All in all I would recommend this item.
