I upgraded from the IPhone 11 to a 15 recently. I got a new magnetic case. The 11 didn’t have the magnetic feature so my last pop socket wallet was on a regular case with the adhesive strip. The adhesive didn’t last long and I eventually super glued it to the case which lasted much longer. I was worried about the strength of the magnet when holding it only by the pop socket. I’m stunned by how strong the hold is, far stronger than the superglue I used on my regular old case. I feel much more confident that it won’t separate from my phone and the phone smash to the floor. And since my case was already magnetic, I didn’t need the magnetic strip this comes with. But my husband is going to use it for the new case he got as his isn’t a magnetic case. My only slight, very slight, criticism is that the card holder/wallet is Sooooo damn tight it’s tricky sliding the cards in and out. It may stretch a bit after holding them a little longer to give a little more ease. I only put this on my phone 2 days ago. And ultimately it’s better too tight than loose as I know they won’t fall out! So it’s hardly a complaint. Overall, I love this item because I don’t have to commit to this particular one, it will be easy to change to a different one in a different design or color. This is my second pop socket wallet as my other was a few years old and showing some wear. The magnet to my iPhone is super strong so no worries about it coming off. It can hold a few cards but I find it’s best with only my license and one credit card. I’ve had 3-4 cards in it but felt it was too bulky for my liking. The colors are vibrant and fantastic. Our family had another version of this (just a different color) and so I bought this for myself. The last one we had like this lasted a very long time. The colors didn't fade and the PopSocket was flattened and articulated thousands of times without a problem. The adhesive wasn't super strong, and so we bought and used Permatex 80050 Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002UEPVI) and it stuck for as long as the case lasted. ... show more

I really like this item, but the grip doesn't collapse as much as I would prefer. A significant portion of the grip always sticks out. There have been numerous occasions when I've tried to quickly put my phone in my pocket, only to have the grip catch on the outside of the pocket [see pic], causing my phone to be flung across the room because the magnet on this thing is so strong. Love my new PopSockets Phone Wallet! This isn’t my first PopSockets wallet, but it’s my first MagSafe version, and it’s been fantastic. The wallet attaches securely to all my different MagSafe-compatible cases, and I’ve had no issues with it slipping off. I do notice it holds fewer cards than the non-MagSafe version, but that’s a small trade-off for the convenience of quickly snapping it on and off as needed. Love the color varieties that are offered but the quality is not the same as the one that I first bought from a couple of years ago. The same cards that used to fit the previous one just fine is stretching the sides of the new one much more (to almost ripping) and the wallet unlatches from the base quite often.
