I typically use the standard PopSocket with adhesive. And those usually last 5 years or so. Normal wear and tear. My last one was the acrylic version and the top eventually just broke off the grip. I could have glued it back on but I’ve wanted to try the MagSafe option. I had to get a different case, my silicone case did not work well with it. So I got one on Amazon that advertised strong magnetic hold and it works really well. It doesn’t fall off and it’s still a slim profile so it fits in my pocket or purse. There isn’t as much clearance for my fingers as my last PopSocket, but still works fine. Just took me a day to get used to the difference. I’d recommend this PopSocket as long as you have a good MagSafe compatible case.

So glad I bought this. I have thumb arthritis and was considering surgery. This pop socket has relieved the pressure from extending my thumb while holding my iPhone Max 14 Plus. My thumb does not hurt as much. I’m still experimenting with how I like to hold it with the pop socket, but I can hold it a few different ways now. Hopefully no surgery will be needed!

Snaps onto my MagSafe iPhone 14 ProMax case with ease. Removes easily by rotating to the side (out of alignment) and gently prying up the base. Does NOT come off when I don’t want it to… for the most part. It has yellowed a bit in the ~2 months I’ve had it — I’ll definitely get a colored one next time, but the clear was the only one readily available when I ordered (and I needed it ASAP— my phone felt very naked without a PopSocket after using one for years!)

Works great! Finally a Pop Socket can be used on a Magsafe phone, without the worry of it being in the way and constantly having to be stuck on by adhesive. Pop Socket has made a quality product here. It fits to the Magsafe connection of my iPhone 14 Max perfectly, and it's easily removable to allow connection to my Magsafe charger. I purchased the clear design one, and it looks great. Two thumbs up.

I underestimated how much I would love this. The magnet is so strong - it's never fallen off my phone even when I've done a few pretty strong shakes to test it. I love that I can take it off to put in my phone holder in my car, and at night when I want to use my mag charger. I do have the Otterbox mag case and I love the combo. I've been a popsocket user for years and am hooked, but before I knew this product was available, I considered switching just because of all the magnet cases and accessories - so so glad I found this! I highly recommend it.

This product has fixed what I didn't like about PopSockets. I didn't want to have a PopSocket on my phone all of the time. The original was stuck, but not this one. The magnet is strong enough to adhere it well to my Magsafe case when I want to use it, but it's easy to remove when I don't want it. My intended use is when I travel. I like PopSockets for propping my phone up, and for a secure grip. The bright pink color also makes it easy to find in my purse or my carry-on.

I love popsockets but always hated the sticky residue they leave on my phone cases and that I couldn’t use a MagSafe charger but now I can! Easily removes from my phone and case (must have a MagSafe phone and/or case) when I need to charge or want to switch phone cases. And the magnet is very strong and is secured to phone: not going anywhere until I want it to!

The reviews were mixed about if we could swap the pop tops out or not, so I was hesitant. It is swappable. I added a photo of the box and just the clear pop top after I removed it. It was difficult to remove and the clear one that comes with it. It is not the quality I have come to expect from the Popsocket brand. I can see why there is a lot of complaints about it. When swapping your pop top, be sure the pop top is closed and the little teeth are engaging when you turn it to remove. They are sort of poorly made on the clear one, but you can see them so that is helpful. The magnetic works as designed and I am not having any issues with it unintentionally disengaging from my phone. I do wish that the mag circle was clear too, instead of white (though that is not possible) or came in other color options this the clear base. I have such a pretty circle on my case, I wish it was the same on the popsocket. Over all I like it.
