My mom sent her laptop back twice to the manufacturer because she broke the power jack on her laptop. Basically, she had it at the kitchen table, plugged in, and the way the power cable sat, it torqued the jack too much. I saw this and got it. She protested and said it wouldn't go on the table. I went behind her back and installed it (a painful procedure) and then when she saw it, it took her all of 3 seconds to realize how much she would use it. She can charge her phone wirelessly. She can keep her computer plugged in safely. She can hide it away during a meal or if company is over (and still charge her phone). Installation was horrible. Now - I could have used a jigsaw to route a hole, but I'm honestly clumsy with a jigsaw. I bought a large hole saw to cut the perfect hole. A hole this large requires a beefy drill. I burned out my favorite drill trying this. I got a heavy duty hammer drill, and even that had a tough time. Ultimately, the hammer drill started the hole, and my brother and I took turns with a socket wrench turning the hole saw by hand until we hit the bottom of the table. Once the hole was clean-cut, it was easy to finish installing, but that process was a pain. I'd still do it again - just maybe I'll borrow the proper drill next time. I'm debating on getting another one for my living room coffee table.

Very sturdy and well made. Pops up with ease and retracts with no problem. Plug-ins work as they should. Top phone charger is extremely slow. Better off using the usb plug to charge your phone.

it is a great power block for my desk at work, with a wireless charging top, it has a USB A and USB C port and 3 outlet on the extended portion and it has one outlet under the desk top. It looks great and is easy to install.... Once you get the right hole saw. it has to be 120 MM (or 4.7 inches) which is not commonly sold in the USA, I had to order one on Amazon (it was $18) and arrived pretty quickly. overall a good product.

Looks great, sturdy built it seems. BUT USB-A and USB-C outlets share 3.1a!? This means I cannot charge my iPad. Not exactly sure what the thinking was here, the unit is huge and expensive and you skimp on USB ports? If you just want outlets, there are cheaper and better solutions out there. Wireless charging is nice but I expected more for this much money.
