The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay for. The installation was super easy BUT, the pressure is terrible. My inground pool has different settings at 75% the spray only went 3 inches, at 100% the spray goes ~10-12 inches nothing like what is in the pictures.

WOW dramatic display and lowered our pool temps 3-5 degrees. May not seem like much but in Texas the pool is usually 98° and not very refreshing. Thinking of installing a 2nd in opposite direction!

After some poolside detective work (and a minor existential crisis), I discovered the hard truth: MY POOL uses metric-sized fittings and threads. Yes, metric. In America. For a pool. Let that sink in while your NPT fittings go cry in a corner. If you were planning on a quick setup, think again. But if you’ve got some adapters, stubborn optimism, and a deep love for tinkering, you’ll be just fine. I fabricated a mounting bracket for the pool wall and mounted this head on it. I cannot use this “as is” and knew Frankenstein awoke when I started this project. I would be lost if things just fell into place the first time. Always have to tinker with things to get them just the way I like them. No need to dig through that mysterious tub of fittings from 2004—you just figure out your hose layout and go. I run flexible PVC piping just like the white PVC pipes in drains. It glues like regular rigid PVC, but lets water flow like a dream. It’s smooth inside (unlike those ribbed hoses that sabotage your water pressure like a passive-aggressive roommate). Bonus: it actually lets your pump do its job instead of wheezing like a hamster on a treadmill. Back to the install. You’ll need a little MacGyvering unless the stars align and your return nozzle just happens to match the metric threading. In my case, it won’t. But fear not: epoxy is your friend. Grab some PVC-rated glue, spread it on that seam like it’s frosting on a cake made of mild disappointment, and let it cure for 24 hours. Boom—leak-free waterfall action. Now, once you get this thing running, oh man, it delivers. The spray is wide, dramatic, and—if you angle it right—just petty enough to drench whoever dared sit dry on the pool steps. The 360° adjustment makes it dangerously fun, and the waterfall sound? Pure backyard spa vibes. Also doubles as a white noise machine if you're trying to ignore the neighbor's leaf blower. Cooling? Yes. The temperature drop is noticeable—maybe not "Arctic blast" levels, but enough to keep your family from becoming soup by mid-July. The adjustable flow and angle allow you to transition from a gentle sprinkle to a “midday monsoon” based on your mood and tolerance for chaos. In short: it’s not plug-and-play for everyone. It’s more like plug-and-patch-and-glue-and-celebrate. But if you enjoy a challenge and don’t mind a little DIY pool plumbing (and honestly, who among us doesn’t secretly enjoy yelling “WHERE’S THE 1.5-INCH COUPLER?” every weekend?), this is a total win. Just don’t forget the epoxy and a sense of humor.

This fountain did not work for my intex pool.. even bought the adapter separate, still did not work.. know what size adapters you need before purchasing.. other worse if looked like it would work well and seems to be durable.. sad it didn't work for me

This water fountain is decent we used this with our coleman pool. Install was super easy about 10 minutes but overall seems to be made of cheap plastic it is too tall for the outlet on the coleman pool which makes it unsteady and falls over. The output is stong and does seem to cool down the overall water temperature. It does look great is not to noisy and is a decent value.
