Features

  • 100% 70D Plaid Ripstop Polyester Fabric
  • Imported
  • Plus SizeThe CHALET 70 Max cabin tent is larger than the CHALET 70 Pro tent, with unfolded dimensions of 8.27.555.91ft / 2.52.31.8m (LWH). The interior space can accommodate 2-4 adults and provide ample storage for camping gear.
  • Fabric MaterialThe CHALET 70 Max camping hot tent uses 70D ripstop polyester fabric with a waterproof rating of 2500mm. It effectively prevents water damage in heavy rain and snow.
  • High StabilityThe CHALET 70 Max wood stove tent features two 7001 aluminum alloy main tent poles, along with 4 main guylines/14 guy points and 14 tent pegs. This allows it to withstand severe wind conditions, effectively improving its wind resistance.
  • Rain Curtain DesignThe CHALET 70 Max wall tent has side rain curtains on both doors, preventing rainwater from entering the tent when the doors are opened. Two additional guy lines have been added to the top for enhanced sturdiness of the rain curtain.
  • Double Door DesignThe CHALET 70 Max camping tent features two large doors on either side, with both fabric and mesh doors individually controllable. Rolling up the curtains provides a better view and facilitates easy entry and exit.
  • Ground Mat/Shoe AreaThe CHALET 70 Max hot tent includes an integrated fire-resistant ground mat made of silicone and fiberglass fabric, which is fire-resistant and tear-resistant. Next to the ground mat is an additional openable shoe storage area. On rainy days, muddy shoes can be stored here for rain protection and to keep the tent floor clean.

  • Excellent Value, Great Tent
Size: Medium
Really like this tent for winter camping. Really appreciate the firemat material in the floor for the stove ... that is super smart. Plenty of space (and I'm 6'2") and the setup is actually very easy. I will offer that I swapped the stakes out for MSR Groundhog (long) stakes. The ones included with the tent are massive ... they are huge ... and heavy. Probably took a pound or more out of the weight with that change. Haven't found any build quality issues. Seams are solid. no pinholes (which compromise waterproof-ness), no funny stitching. I really like this style of tent and the doors at both ends is very functionally sound. Makes getting in and out easy, especially with the stove in. The material is robust and durable, and the tent holds heat as well or better than other hot tents (exception for canvas tents, which hold heat very well). At this price, this is a great deal. Most hot tents cost a LOT more. You can pair this with a Pomoly Ti 0.6 stove, and get away with the pair for less than you'd pay for most stoves alone. ... show more

  • Nice for one person with stove.

  • Heavy and quality.
Size: Medium
This tent is a little heavy but it's very nice. Easy setup only using 2 poles and some stakes. Strong material blocks the wind nicely and doesnt feel like it will tear from something dumb. Has two doors and two air windows, but screen doors and best of all an area for a fireplace. I got this with a titanium stove and it's great for cooking and can make the tent a sweat lodge if you desire. Comfortably fits fireplace +2 + gear. Or would fit up too 4 without anything else inside. ... show more

  • Value
Size: Medium
Good value for the price point! I didn’t use the stove I purchased as of yet. Waiting for fall. With a queen Air mattress it is a wee bit tight. I would also recommend something under the tents poles and n the inside of the tent. All - in - all, it’s a good product!

  • Its a good two person tent
Size: Medium
I love this tent, It is roomy for two people to be comfortable, with a pimply t-brick stove. I would say if you do plan on getting this for backpacking it is a little on the heavy side as fare as tents go. Defiantly would not suggest if you only planing on staying in it by your self, if you have a long hike ahead of you. Now if two people are staying in it, being a single skin tent. condition can be heavy, but it's camping, it's really not a big deal granted that you have the right set up. All in all I took this tent on its maiden voyage fro three days and it performed excellently. I'm 5'9" tall and I can stand up hunched over in the center of the ridge of the tent. If your looking into wall tenting this is a great budget friendly tent, I would defiantly buy this again! ... show more

  • Works for the price.
Size: Medium
Tent is easy to set up. Be aware, it has a single pole at the peak at both ends so getting in and out is cramped. It's definitely water proof and warm, I had a two mantle lantern inside and it kept the chill off. The downside is there are no air vents up high so the condensation buildup is intense. I ended up cutting a vent hole in the outer door to let some air through. A double zipper would have helped. Allowing the outer flap to be unzipped from the top down slightly. I am 6' tall and there is room for a single person inside if you have a stove or any sort of gear with you. I woke up to 4" of snow that collapsed the wet cold tent onto me, ripping one of the poles through the shell. I had to shovel the snow off and reset up and rig up a repair at 2am. Two suggestions: air vents up high to let out the condensation and at least one set of poles to make one of the entrances a "V" setup like a traditional wedge tent to make getting in or out easier. ... show more

  • Camping on the goal
Size: Medium
Couldn’t be happier. It’s a great product. What’s the zipper was a little bit stronger but it’ll be all right. The frame set up I made works out great and put it up three different ways on the trailer on the ground or with the original Paul set up. Very happy with this product.

  • Great for Stove Camping
Size: Medium
Within 10 minutes of first use with stove installed through jack was hit with heavy rain and hail but had no leaks. Tent heated up really fast and stays warm when fire goes out through radiant heat from stove for a short duration. Has more room than I thought, was able to fit a twin sized air mattress comfortable with my stove and bags. Gear flaps are very handy. Has good ventilation, really like how both ends open fully and have a mesh screen. Wish the center of the tent had a pole or something to keep from sagging. Drawback is I don't think the tent will last many years of use where the poles sit to hold up the tent, looks like it will rip eventually. No worries about material catching on fire, i had my stove red hot and tent material was fine. No Directions for set up so beginner campers make sure you watch a video or something before setting up. ... show more
