These are the second adirondack chairs I have ordered. The first were not Polywood. They were okay, but these are MUCH better! To begin with, these Polywood chairs were so easy to assemble! Did two in less than 1/2 an hour. They are very sturdy, and very comfortable. I love that the seat is nice and low to the ground so my feet touch easily. Many other chairs are too high by just enough that they hit the backs of my knees uncomfortably. The back of these are also tilted back just enough to be relaxing, not too straight and not so far back that you feel like you are reclining. First of all, it looks great. I was concerned that it would look like fake wood. But I am very happy about the design. I also love the fact that it used recycled plastic bottles and that it is made in the USA. These were definitely two criteria I was looking for. Especially deciding not to buy wood, I wanted eco-friendly material or recycled content in the product. I also bought the set of chairs in grey with the little table and love it! I did a ton of research on recycled plastic furniture, including locally made products. These chairs are sturdy and colorful and easy to assemble. We purchased 4 chairs and 2 ottomans and there were only 4 screws that were loose or stripped which I thought were pretty good odds. Other brands are smaller, narrower or the back is shorter. I appreciate the hidden screws where possible and the smooth texture of the polywood. I would buy this brand again. ... show more

Easy to assemble, even by yourself, with high-grade stainless fittings and a unique and very useful t-handle hex wrench. All you'll need is a 7/16ths wrench to hold the nuts while you tighten the bolts. A medium philips screwdriver is helpful if you want to check the screws from the factory (one was loose on one of our chairs, but it was simple to just screw it all the way in). Comes in five pieces and assembles in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes after you open the box, you'll be sittin' in the shade with a nice refreshing adult beverage at your side, wondering why you didn't order these chairs last year. ... show more
