Holes all lined up and putting them together was easy, but really needs 2 people for the last step. They are COMFORTABLE! Not too low so they are easy to get out of / into and they don't slant you too far back. Perfect height for our 24" tall fire pit. They are heavy enough to withstand the 30-40 mph "devil winds" that we routinely get in these mountains without moving at all. The polywood material takes a beating and doesn't bat an eye. Sun, rain, hail & snow doesn't affect this stuff, and pollen (we get LOTS), washes right off. Highly recommend these chairs ! ... show more

18 months in, and these chairs still look new. They have been sitting outside on our open deck in the sun and weather for 18 months straight and don't show any wear other than dirt and bird poop. Hubby says they went together smoothly. I don't remember any swearing so they must have gone together without any snags. They are more comfortable than the wooden Adirondack chairs they replaced which had been custom built for us. They are also much easier to care for. A quick wipe down with a damp cloth during pollen season and they are good to go, unlike the wooden ones which had to be re-stained every other year. Another plus is that we can leave these outside during the winter. The wooden ones had to be stored away. So on the days when the winter sun warms things up into the high 60's we have chairs on the deck to sit in and enjoy a cup of coffee. I hate Adirondak chairs. Low, hard to get out of, uncomfortable. But these chairs are awesome. Costco offers a two pack with a side table from this brand. So much that we ended up ordering 4 in total .They have been by our pool through the winter and heat of summer and look like brand new ! Easily hosed off if they get dirty . Just assembled it, about a 5 minute assembly using a drill driver ( NOT a drill) and a 7/16th wrench. Seems to be of good quality and is comfortable. I’m thinking it should have a few more screws for durability. We’ll see how it holds up. Recommended purchase.
