I had a Jabra speaker phone that I used for years and could never find anything better -- tried lots. This is probably the closest I've come -- and it's replaced it -- but not without issues. Some of my issues: * The buttons are slow -- tap them and it's a half second wait -- wish they were much quicker. * Software so far is hit or miss -- sometimes it works with Zoom to control mute/unmute, sometimes it doesn't -- I have a feeling this is less the device and more Zoom's issue though. * It's large. Granted this isn't really designed for a single desk user like I am -- but it's fairly tall and takes up a lot of space, more so than it seems to need to. * Quality -- the mic should be better -- but most people I talk to can't tell a difference -- and some even prefer the mic from my (newer) MacBook Pro. * Plug -- minor one -- but it has USB-C -- but it's an adapter, so if you use it the cable end is huuuge. The sound quality is quite decent I will say -- especially if other music/sounds are played through it -- better than most other ones I have used. You can use it with bluetooth/battery as well -- but I haven't done that -- just plugged it in. ... show more
