Despite all the recent negative reviews my prints came out beautifully. A lot of other customers were reporting the printer not properly working, but mine was perfectly fine. I did buy the picture film separately rather than the bundle to save money and they still printed out without a problem. If it ever decides to stop working I will update! Otherwise I’d recommend this printer to anyone looking for one right now. PS the stickers don’t stick well to textured surfaces.

LOST my love of this little printer quickly when it shredded one of the plastic layers for making the photo (it spit out just a torn layer of plastic film); the whole cartridge (with 5 unused pictures) was destroyed. My return period was over and so was my love for this gem. I was only on my 5th cartridge so I didn't even get 50 photos out of the printer. I emailed customer support at Polaroid and they gave me a coupon code to obtain a new cartridge and told me it was likely a faulty cartridge. I received my replacement cartridge and was able to print a picture. I am thankful to be able to use my printer again. Crossing my fingers for no more breakdowns and thankful that Polaroid came through and took care of getting me up and running again!

The ONLY issue I have is getting it to connect to my iPhone. It goes back and forth for a while and I have to bounce between Turing my Bluetooth on and off and turning the printer on and off. I have an iPhone 12 Pro, so it’s not like I have an old phone. But when it connects, it’s super easy to use! You can crop and edit in the app to make sure it looks how you want it to, and the printing doesn’t take that long at all! It’s pretty cool to see the colors combine, actually. I bought it for myself, but it would also make a GREAT gift!

On my iPhone 12, the pictures look pretty damn good. Once the pictures print out, they don't look as good and will sometimes come out looking either too dark or too bright so some adjustment to the light exposure is needed before printing. BUT, they do look better than from a regular traditional polaroid camera and also way more convenient to carry.

Picture quality is awesome and I love that you are able to do some edits to pics before printing. I do suggest getting some extra paper to practice and discover what different edits do. The only thing I kind of dislike is the paper you have to get for it in the sense it’s kind of expensive BUT it is ink free which is what I wanted. Overall I’m super happy with this!!!

As other reviews mentioned, these do not stay adhered to most any surface I've tried, which is frustrating as I have a large supply of these ribbon / paper cartridges. Aside from that, overall good quality image. A bit of color bleed since these aren't as powerful as a "desktop" dye-sub printer, but it's a reasonable compromise. Mostly noticeable with images going from black to white and back in a small area. All in all, if you can't stand the look of Zink prints, this is a very viable alternative, as long as you are not interested in the sticker aspect.
