The media could not be loaded. Seems to have "planned obsolescence" the watch started to have a lot of issues after having it for almost 2 years... it first started to say that the memory was full and couldn't record any more trainings... I thought the problem would be fixed by restoring it but it didn't happen and it was just the beginning of the problem, after that: * It didn't connect to my phone, so I had to reset it again, and again, and again for like 4 or 5 times... it was very frustrating * One day i tried to synchronize it again to my phone to check my past trainings and it would connect... but it didn't show me any information, as if had not used it, or done nothing. *I use it for swimming so when I do sprints, it doesn't count the laps... again as if I didn't do them... * I also swim open waters and the GPS doesn't seem to work either because it doesn't count the distance and pace at all... last time I used it today, I wasn't even swimming anymore but it went crazy, recoding a distance i definitely didn't do with a pace i wish i had, but i know i don't... (I hope i can show in the video) Going back here, I can see I'm not the only one with a similar issue, so I am very disappointed with the brand, I thought it was good... I can't use the watch anymore and I don't think it can be fixed, so it's just a waste of everything, I might need to get an Garmin instead... I hope my review helps to avoid people making the same mistake I made!!! ... show more

I ride my bike often and wanted a monitor that isn't a chest strap. This watch picks up my heart rate very easily and works very well. It has tons of features that I don't use but that's fine, I use it just when I ride. My only complaint is that I have to pair it with my phone literally every time I ride. This is very annoying. I use run keeper on my phone that is mounted to my bars and I like to have the current heart rate on the display. The watch collects lots of data, average, peak etc. and I'll look at that when I get back, I just want to see the current on my phone display. I use tons of blue tooth devices and the only one I have to pair every time I use it is this one. Wish some smart engineer could fix that one issue. Most watches try to be all things to all people, and generally require phone apps, account setups, up-sell pitches, etc. This is more minimalistic, but does what it should... and does it well. I've had numerous Garmins and have Apple Watch.. I prefer this by far.

I bought this a little over a year ago with the H10 strap and used it a lot with the polar apps. Within 8 months I started having connectivity issues so I followed the troubleshooting steps on the website. It fixed it for about a month and then started having issues connecting again. Now it wont connect at all, neither will my H10, I have hard reset both, replaced batteries in the H10 and even re-installed the apps. At this point it is just a watch, it tracks time and my heart rate but I cant offload that data to the app or my phone. Its rather unfortunate. So now I am in the market for a new watch and chest strap. Customer support with polar has been no help either as the default is to just send me to the FAQs. ... show more
