Watch provides abundant information. Sleep tracking is jinky at times and seems to miss the first hour of sleep. Use a tablet or laptop to view your data if not, it's a jumbled mess on a phone screen. Well worth the money.

I want to note that I've used an M430 for a couple of years on my bicycle rides and the only problem I've had with it is the battery is failing, imo, prematurely (shame on you Polar). So I bought a new M430 and used the new watch several times on my bicycle rides. I've returned the watch and asked for a replacement because the watch was erratic when it came to ending a recording. Sometimes the ending countdown would begin and, instead of finishing the countdown it would switch to the "paused" screen. Other times the countdown would finish and the watch would give me the "recording ended" message but then I'd find that the recording hadn't actually ended. This watch was obviously flawed. The story gets worse as the replacement I was sent was not a new unused watch but someone's rejection. I've returned that watch too and this time I'm asking for a refund. I was excited to get this watch, after all, I am a gadget freak! However, that enthusiasm began to wane after my wrist began to itch... really bad. I thought it may have been some chemical residual on the watch band itself, but it was the actual material that the band was made of which is the issue. And then, to add insult to injury, I was charged a $14.65 restocking fee! I'd steer clear of this on... Guess I'll go back to Fitbit :/ ... show more
