This is great stuff! I couldn't wait to try it. It arrived and I had it on my hair maybe 10 mins later. It didnt stain my hand or knock me out with the smell. It didnt drip and plop everywhere. I lathered it up in my hands and applied it to my hair waited ten mins and rinsed till clear. It covered my Grey at my temples really well! 10 out of 10 will continue to use and get more.

Lightened the gray but didn't cover it the first time - it took two applications.

It didn't cover my gray very well the first time, it just lightened it. I have auburn hair that faded a lot with gray on the top and around my ears (first picture). I used a medium brown shade. I thought I didn't use enough, wait long enough, used the wrong color, etc. so I waited a month and tried it again and it came out better. I do like the color. But the part that was gray is still a little lighter than the rest of my hair. I'm disappointed but I can live with it. I don't have a picture taken between the applications, the second pic is after the second application. It's a great improvement, but I hope I don't have to do it twice each time.

Over hyped marketing

Hello, I was so excited when I watched the video. I believe it was on Meta. I purchased Polar hair care shampoo. I am very disappointed in the results. The instructions say 2-3 pumps. That's a joke 2 to 3 pumps barely covered my roots of the part in my hair. I pumped a few more pumps so at least I could get the crown of my head covered and the sides and back. I waited the full 10 minutes. Rinsed out the color. And still had gray undertones. I had no idea what was in the little white packets because nowhere in the instructions does it say put on the gloves. Also, I had no idea if I should actually shampoo my hair with regular shampoo and use conditioner. I did not cause I was afraid I would wash out the color. I feel your video is very misleading.

Use the gloves

So far the color is good. The color stays as long as you don't wash your hair as frequent. The videos show you can have it on your hands and apply it to your hair. DON'T do it. There are plastic gloves in the product's box..so use that. The product will stair your hands if it stays longer than 5 minutes. My hair is softer after I apply hairconditioner, otherwise, it just felt a bit dry.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Ok, I was leery about buying this stuff, because I fall for alot of beautiful lies, which is easy to do nowadays, with the internet that is. Everyone claims for their products are the holy grail, and most of them are not. But this stuff is 100% legit. I am 64 years young, and i hate touching my roots every 30 days. Polar was fast and easy. My hair looks so awesome, the color was perfect and it feels so soft, and looks so shiny. Its a winner for me. I am officially hooked. Thank you for such a wonderful and welcome product that actually does what it says. Now, lets see how long it lasts.

if you have white or silver it won't color well

I'm not sure why they call it a dye shampoo, you put it on "dry" hair. You might as well get a regular dye if you think this will save you time. It was difficult to get an even coat over my hair. It did not give a medium brown as advertised. Although it did color my hair, it was not a medium brown, more like a light mousey brown, Yuck! I ended up having to spend more money on a different "dye shampoo" that worked brilliantly... wish I would have start there. It cost $10 wholesale vs. high price and low results. I only gave it 3 stars because it did add color, just not what I wanted and the application was difficult.

I have a fine hair texture, but I have a lot of it. It’s very hard for me to hold a color, especially from shampoo dyes. This produced great results the first time - 11 minutes and my gray was almost completely covered with a few streaks, which looks great. Yes, it has a warm hue and shows a bit of red, so you need to be aware of that, but I liked it.
