Sold and shipped by amazon and luckily not tampered, scalped by "dynamic pricing" for sure but $49.99 is a bit "edible" compared to other third parties boosting it to $65 or worse of all, it was $80 at one point few months back. The real Msrp is $39.99. Plus before anyone says it's because of the pulls you can resell those cards for more? charizard? another reason why such hype exist to increase the cost of newly released items? only applies to scalpers. I'm happy with the pulls, sure didn't get anything good like 5 shiny boys that put together on tcgplayer is like $15 all together but It's all good overall, I'm not selling them and until now I didn't have them for my collection, best part? not tampered and I get to pull them myself. (Not going to lie I recommend one of each of these premium collections; crobat and dragapult and stop buying anymore whether Msrp or not = they have the worst pulls or in my experience and only worth it to get the promo cards + jumbo) These are random, you get either crobat or dragapult and I got dragapult however on the day of release I did purchase crobat at scalpers price BECUASE I was weak at the time and I didn't get any good pulls either. ... show more

This whole set of Pokémon is known for having plenty of shiny cards and V/VMax cards in the set. We got one V, one holographic, and not even a single shiny. The packs were suspiciously easy to open, and contained a LOT of the same cards. Another massive red flag is this: if you don’t know too much about Pokémon cards, each pack comes with a scannable code card, and the back of the code card will be predominantly green or white. A white card indicates you got a holographic card, or something better. I had not one, not two… BUT FIVE PACKS with white code cards that had NO holographic cards. This set of Pokémon cards is KNOWN for having a LOT of good looking Pokémon cards and there wasn’t a single Shiny other than the Promos in the front of the packaging. I got the crobat v box which is the one I wanted. I received this order pretty fast and when I got it the box had some rips but it wasn't too big of a deal. I opened the packs and got a Full art gym trainer, Vmax rainbow rare alcremie, shiny cufant and drakcloak excuse me if I spelt that wrong!, and other than the crobat promos I also got a vmax crobat. Bought the item from Amazon and it came in great condition. I actually bought 3 and was able to get the Crobat and Dragupalt variations. Cards weren’t tampered with which is why I would only buy from Amazon.

The box was sealed, but every booster pack has a small slit on the back. Is this normal? I've never seen this before. I don't feel confident that these have not been tampered with.

Glad I was able to get the items rather than a return. It's difficult to collect the set or even spot them in stores with all the scalpers hoarding them all. Hopefully I can pull some amazing cards out of these. It's always fun opening the packs.
