At first it worked great. Pulled amazing amount of water out of air in my large closet. Very disappointed it stopped working in such short amount of time. Will contact the company and see what they say. Will definitely buy another one from another company if they don’t replace this. Update- the company contacted me before I could contact them!     • Broken in 6 monthes!update get a new one in few days
The dehumidifier can’t turn on after 6 monthes. Very disappoint , can’t find any support! Dont but this unless you want a disposable unit. When it can turn on , it is not powerful either . I put it in my enclosed porch, close the door . And I can see the condensation in the wall when it is running. And it takes a week before the tank is full. Update, I contact the vendor and provide the photo SN information , get a replacement in few days without return the broken one . The new actually work well and more efficient than the first one . Maybe the first one I got is a defect product ... show more

good product for the price, it only lasted 5 months but for the price of $21 it's fine. Now $50 wouldn't buy it

I bought two last year and upon realizing the living room and bedrooms are smelly mildewy musty, I bought two more this year. The units are small, occupying an area about 4"x6". It's electric, and yes, it truly is whispering quiet. Within 3 days, the little powerfully efficient delimiter has extracted 2 cups of water from the air! The unit does not leak. It auto shuts off when full. It has a small light that indicates it's on. I have the unit on a bedside tables in 3 bedroons and atop a desktop in the "computer room". These little units are so very efficient as dehumidifiers in extracting dampness, pulling water, from the air. They need no discs, charcoal, norhing. Just place on a flat surface where you want, plug it in, press the switch to "on" and.. check back later or tomorrow to see how much water it extracted from the air. They're a great supplement to use with canister-type DampRid buckets [I use those inside closets]. And since these require no discs, etc, to work, they're very cost efficient. ... show more

My daughter loved the size and convenience of the dehumidifier for her dorm room. However, it didn't make it to her 2nd year. I feel like the price either needs to be lower, or it needs to last longer. Looks like many complaints on how long it lasts.

It removes water but it doesn’t last not even a year. The fan motor starts making a very loud noise to the point it keeps you awake at night. Update. The seller made it good and warranted the unit out hopefully this one last longer. I can say this the replacement unit works much better than the original. The air flow has been improved which increased the water removal rate. ... show more

We had one similar before. I think it was by a different company but exact same model. We used it for about 4 years before it died. Did a great job dehumidifying a small closet. Wanted to buy the same size so went with this one.
