The media could not be loaded. Device works. OK, screen is responsive. My issue is with the back up camera feature. It does not come on when I put my vehicle into reverse. I have to manually touch the camera button. It is receiving power through the four pin out of the device, not the reverse light indicator. When I initially installed it, I tapped into the reverse light and it did not work correctly so I disconnected the reverse light and the camera remains powered. It is receiving power through the device, not the car. Any assistance would be helpful to correct this because I specifically chose this to have my back up camera come on while in reverse . Edit: Customer service reached out and was very concerned with correcting the issue. Great customer service is worth an extra star.

I’ve had this about a week. It’s installed in my Econoline camper, with camera, running CarPlay. I’ve played with most of the features and everything works as it should. Paired with my phone right away. Plays audio via cable or FM (cable sounds a little better). I screwed its bracket onto the dash rather than use one of their mounting options. Installed the rear camera on my roof rack as shown, ran the cable under edges of interior trim. Have not yet permanently wired the camera to the rear backup light wire (which causes it to come on when in reverse) but have tested that functionality. Otherwise you can manually turn it on and off. The display is clear and responsive. I thought it would turn off with the car, but apparently my cig lighter is always powered. A short press of the power button turns off the screen; a long press shuts down the unit. User manual is ok, but nothing about camera or installation. A lot of features for a modest price!

The connection through the car speakers with the provided cable and Bluetooth works great. I like the large size of the display and is easy to use. I wish there instructions on how to install the rear view camera but Internet research helps.

I bought this for my son’s first car as a Christmas present. We just tried to install it in his car and it won’t connect, it doesn’t do anything that the instructions say. I wish I never wasted the money on this purchase!

Used for a 1966 VW bus. Easy to install since car has a cigarette lighter. Cord for backup light was too long, over 40 feet. No instructions for installing backup camera. Just connect orange wire to backup light.
