This is a great option for an external mic if you are looking for a cheaper version. The overall build quality is pretty good for the price and it was super easy to set up, I didn’t even really need the instructions. The greatest thing about it is that it comes with two mics, really for the price of one. From testing and from what I heard from friends, the sound quality is pretty good, the mic doesn’t pick up too much background noise and my friends can hear my voice pretty clear so I’m overall very happy with the purchase. I love the little soundboard. It comes with although definitely worse than some of the nice ones I’ve seen it does exactly what it needs to and I don’t really have a need to upgrade. I highly recommend this mic and look forward to continued use for school and for whatever career path I go down!

This kit is very complete and quite cheap for the good quality of Audi that can be recorded Melo con.pre to record audio but for the price I did not expect such good quality but I loved it Good sound quality, very good material with which they are made, highly recommended to start recording

Honestly I love these microphones I use them for either streaming, podcasts or just casual gaming with friends. Got them all connect to my computer and tested recording with me right in front of the mic and it sounded great. Recorded 2 episodes and it didn’t pick up the 2nd one hardly at all and if you move more than a few inches away it loses you. It’s crackly sounding and the cords are super lose in the mics. Lost over 2 hours of my time and have to redo the recordings. Checked settings multiple times and it showed we were using the mics and even the soundboard was sensing us. Really sad and disappointed.

I am not familiar with this type of stuff. Would not describe myself as a tech type person at all. That said, this really was a plug and play package. I am using an HP Pavillion all in one desktop and the software automatically identified and downloaded the RS8 program needed to operate. I wanted to dabble with the idea of podcasting and this has a "Pro" feel. Certainly, there is higher quality equipment, but you can't beat this for the price. I am not familiar with the terminology, but the little box has a few options to play with and a few fun sounds you can add with your audio like cheers, kiss sounds etc. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that even after playing with the settings the sound recording quality still has too much echo. It is something that can be fixed in editing, but given I am not a tech person and figuring all that out takes me a lot of time....I like to eliminate extra steps. In the end it still sounds good and filters out background noises pretty well also. If you are new like me to recording, I would say this is a good purchase for the price to experiment with.
