This little set is an unbelievable value. I can't believe the price and it comes with a rechargeable battery, which is awesome. The only complaint I have is, because the talking piece is in the shape of a cat head it appears the card you're putting inside is upside down, and that's the only way it works. So it's counterintuitive to me, I can only imagine how much more so to a young child.

Our toddler granddaughters 2 and 4 love this and we got it for a great deal. Worth the money. Cards are bright and sturdy with lots of options. Buying another for a gift. From the moment we opened the box, he was captivated by the bright, colorful pictures and the talking feature. He loves playing with these cards, and it's incredible to see how much he enjoys learning new words. Every day, he eagerly picks up the cards, presses the buttons, and repeats the words he hears. Nice phonics cards. However, my three-year-old nephew tore them up less than 30 minutes after having them in his possession. I won't be buying him anything else. These darn kids!
