The product itself is easy to install and looks good in our room. The chord is a bit thick, so I would ideally like to hide it better but since we are in a rental it is exposed outside of the wall. One of the light dimmers works properly out of the box, but the other one has essentially two settings: slightly dim and max brightness. The lights also short out occasionally when I turn on my ceiling fan, which is a completely different switch that is not connected to the wall outlets that the lights are connected to. I didn’t measure my space before getting this; it still works, but make sure you do check that this will be large enough. It is ridiculously finicky to get each of the hoops to sit neatly inside the next; I had to futz with it a fair amount, but once I got it set, I just love it. Disliked that no matter how it hung it showed the seams, where the fabric which was wrapped around didnt line up. The frayed edges weren't glued down smoothly. You would see a clump of frayed edges. It is a cool design & an ambitious design but, wow slapped together carelessly.
