I am excited to start making shirts and hats for my business. I have some difficulty setting up but Albert was amazing and fixed everything. I must have missed a step and he made everything correct. Now the printer works perfectly and I can start all my projects!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review for this product. I had white ink problems from day one. I spent a lot of time talking to customer service and was able to get some use out of it for a few months. However, within less than 5 months of having the printer, I started having issues where the white would not print at all. I was advised by customer service that I should flush the lines, which I did. When that did not work, I contacted them again. I was then told that what they told me to do had voided the warranty and I would have to pay nearly $400 for a new print head. After spending over $1,600 on the printer and only getting about 3 months of use out of it, I didn't feel it was wise to put another $400 into the printer. Customer service advised that there was nothing they were willing to do to help me even though it was still well within the one year warranty, so now I had an unusable printer that I cannot sell or use. At this time I have only had it for about 10 months.

Installation and setup instructions were so easy to follow and, within a short time, I had the printer cranking out my designs! I would highly recommend this product. I have another DTF printer that only prints sheets. Having the dtf film transfer rolls are definitely more cost effective. Great product. After a couple of months of clipping along (feeling cocky) I screwed something up. I contacted PLK and was connected to Techno-Wizard, Albert, who took control of my computer and fixed all of my goofs. They sell a great product...and stand behind their commitment to help you through any "oopsies". I highly recommend!

I have had this dtf printer for a few months now it's very easy to set up and very easy to use, the colors come out alot more vibrant than the other dtf prints i have used in the past it prints fast as well as efficiently I highly recommend it for a start up business or whatever dtf printing needs you require.
