to explain what happened with my PlayStation 5 Slim. When it arrived, I received it, opened it, and set it up. Then problems started—the screen and controller didn’t work properly, it kept freezing, and there were update issues. It also wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Later, I checked the seller’s page and saw that they weren’t selling it new but pre-owned/used. That’s why the PS5 had so many problems. The media could not be loaded. Console internal GPU or HDMI port was damaged and was unusable. Constant screen tearing right from the jump. Tested on multiple monitors, HDMI cords, and altered graphic settings and screen tearing was constant. Sent back immediately.

It works good and has all the things that are supposed to come with it. But my particular one has to be hooked up via Ethernet because it won't work properly just off wifi alone. Not sure why but it was a good price and I already had a long Ethernet cord anyway.
