This was by far the worst Amazon experience I’ve ever had. My son and I were buying a renewed PS4, he had saved up his money and I paid for the rest. When we received it, the controller that came did not work. That should have been a red flag. They sent a new one, so everything seemed ok. We played on it sporadically, and after a bit, my son started telling me it wasn’t working correctly…would start making weird noises, would freeze mid-game, would shut off while playing, etc. I initiated the return process and set it back, only to be denied the refund. They made up reasons why they denied it…that it was too late (I have the receipts of when it was sent and they received which were within the return window), that I had removed a safety sticker that said Do Not Remove (if a sticker said that I obviously would not remove it), and that I supposedly opened up the console and altered it. All of these claims were untrue and made up to scam me out of my money. The only thing they said that was true was that I only sent 1 controller back, which is because I didn’t think to send back the original defective one. I should have done a better job reading reviews of this company, it looks like they have pulled this same scam on people before. Please beware! ... show more

Got it cause I wanted another electronic, plays games smoothly, minor scratches on the ps4 itself, came with a cool controller. Only con was it didn’t come with the charger for the controller.

    • All wiring was not included
We did not get all wiring for PS4 that shows in pictures We had to order rest of wiring separately But it dies work great, looks great and we love it.

I needed a PS4 to replace my old one, and this renewed one was right in my price range -- it works and functions pretty much exactly like a brand-new one! The only real complaint that I had is that it took me a bit too long to actually get to the point of setting things up and transferring data because I couldn't get the controller to actually let me get past the start-up screen at first, despite having the controller plugged in via USB cable as instructed -- I swapped out the USB cable for one of my spares and it worked fine, so I think the cable I was given might have been on the fritz? So, I would just say to make sure you have some USB cables that can be used for a PS4 controller on hand just in case if you get a renewed model like this. But like I said before, beyond that small inconvenience, it works really well and I'm quite satisfied! ... show more
