It isn't really a plastic wire it's just a plastic mesh in the pattern of chicken wire, easy to cut and use but with less risk of the metal issues chicken wire can cause while you're trying to use it. This being said if you're using it to protect chickens raccoons and other predators can chew through it too so I'd make sure you use this as an extra barrier and not by itself. I'm going to add it atop the mesh screen of my coop to help make it easier on their little feet's ... show more
