Bought the BT600 to use with my laptop for work. The latest BT700 firmware upgrade does not work with my laptop for work. I don't have admin rights on that machine so I could not troubleshoot. I had no problems using this on a 2018 Macbook Pro. It seamlessly connects my Voyager 5200. My biggest complaint is that this is necessary at all (and it is not exactly the cheapest adapter). Both the Voyager 5200 and my Macbook support Bluetooth but the connection is consistently flaky with Bluetooth. Other reviews have pointed out that this adapter does not fit in the built-in adapter slot in the carrying case. However, it can be placed on top of the Voyager 5200 and the carrying case will close without problem. ... show more

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. It provides a direct and high quality connection between my MacBook Air and my Bluetooth UC Voyager headset. Ever since I added it, my Zoom/Teams calls are easy to join and no weird BT issues. I love my headset, and often use it with my MacBook Pro, but it’s a bit annoying to carry around a USB-C to USB-A adapter to use the Plantronics UC dongle. I was excited to find this adapter and thought it would fit into the charging case, but unfortunately it doesn’t slide into the USB cavity enough to also fit the headset and close the lid. ... show more
