The media could not be loaded. Recommend for anyone who’s a beginner in the sublimation/vinyl world or need a step up from the cricut easy press or similar. Simple & easy to use. Also If you’re wondering this machine does beep when your press is ready. FYI: it is a three prong plug. Also after a press & pulling the clamp up there is a slight pop up with the hole press just be sure to keep a firm grip on the handle.
