We have a small but energetic puppy and this unit works great for our needs. It was quick to assemble and the size allows him more freedom as opposed to keeping him in the crate. The floor is great for indoor use and I’m sure the cover will come in handy during warmer temps when we use it outside. My only real gripe are the latches for securing the unit shut. It came with swivel snap hooks which do the job but seem like an afterthought. Also, a travel bag would be a nice option but I can see that tearing easy given the design.

They say this thing is machine washable but our waterproof base has been getting torn apart. I have washed it 3 times since I got it a couple months ago, and each time it progressively gets worse and worse. I wash this thing on the most delicate settings possible and it still just falls apart. Other than that, real nice set up, and our pup actually likes it. He goes in to it willingly just to lay down sometimes. Pretty decent size too. We have a frenchie for reference. Edit: I initially gave this product 3 stars but I have now changed to 5 stars. The owner of this product is extremely friendly and wants you to be satisfied with their product. They knew I was not fully satisfied and offered to replace my damaged base at no cost. They also shared tips on how to properly wash without damaging the waterproof base. I highly recommend this product for how amazing these people are to work with, and ensuring your happiness with their products.

I got this for my puppy when he was 9 weeks old. I went to stay with my son’s dogs and took the playpen as he has older dogs. This worked great to keep him from aggravating them. He is 8 months old and it works great especially when we are not home to keep an eye on him. It has plenty of room for his food, water, toys, potty pad and he still has plenty of room to walk around and play. The seller is very good in communicating with you and it arrived sooner than expected. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

This is a great playpen and there's lots of space. It was easy to put together. The only downside is my puppies discovered that if they jump up against the door to the playpen enough, they knock the latches out and the door opens. I'm not sure how to secure it better because they would also chew anything I would use to secure it. But other than that, great product.

I bought this so my puppy wouldn't be stuck in his kennel all day and would have room to move around. I did purchase the bottom portion as well which has been a great help when accidents happen. Its easy to clean once I'm inside it. That's the only problem. With the bottom portion on it's very difficult to easily get into the it because the bottom keeps it sturdy. So sturdiness is awesome yet, when it needs cleaning it makes it hard to do. I found it easier to undo the clips that hold the pen closed, climb in and doing my cleaning. So that's the reason for 4 stars for "easy to clean". Sturdiness I gave 4 stars because now that my puppy is growing he can push on the panels easier. The clips that hold it together YOU HAVE TO CLIP AT THE TOP because if you don't, a puppy can lean on it and get his paw caught. Believe me, they do yelp really loudly when that happens! So move the clip to the highest area and clip it there. Recommend this for a bigger play area!

The playpen itself is really nice, but the included waterproof bottom wasn’t sewn properly so it didn’t fit. The replacement waterproof bottom I ordered at the same time from the same company fits perfectly, but the one included with the pen is clearly sewn improperly. Kind of a bummer because I wanted two bottoms so I could switch them out when one is soiled. Otherwise a very decent product.

Using this in garage to corral 2 small to medium dogs. 🐶 if we are gone a few hours or need to open the garage door when they are out there. I like that it’s bigger than a crate. They got used to it pretty quick. I think it might not hold up to a large dog.

I love the idea of this product, and I read all of the review. I was concerned that the bottom liner might not be durable, but other reviews indicated that the vendor had fixed that issue/addressed it. However, in less than 2 weeks use, the liner is ripping at just about ever corner angle. I contacted Amazon to see how to contact the vendor directly, as I could find any contact information via the web or Amazon - to date their customer service on this has been disappointing. I can get an Amazon Customer service rep on the line - whose only suggestion is to repack the WHOLE THING and arrange to re-send it. It is large, bulky, I don't have the original box, and if the liner alone can be addressed/replaced, there is no need to return the WHOLE THING - but the links that Amazon sends to contact the seller only have questions that route me back to Amazon and re-sending the whole thing. About to do that, ask for a refund, and not try this solution again.
