We have a small but energetic puppy and this unit works great for our needs. It was quick to assemble and the size allows him more freedom as opposed to keeping him in the crate. The floor is great for indoor use and I’m sure the cover will come in handy during warmer temps when we use it outside. My only real gripe are the latches for securing the unit shut. It came with swivel snap hooks which do the job but seem like an afterthought. Also, a travel bag would be a nice option but I can see that tearing easy given the design.

They say this thing is machine washable but our waterproof base has been getting torn apart. I have washed it 3 times since I got it a couple months ago, and each time it progressively gets worse and worse. I wash this thing on the most delicate settings possible and it still just falls apart. Other than that, real nice set up, and our pup actually likes it. He goes in to it willingly just to lay down sometimes. Pretty decent size too. We have a frenchie for reference. Edit: I initially gave this product 3 stars but I have now changed to 5 stars. The owner of this product is extremely friendly and wants you to be satisfied with their product. They knew I was not fully satisfied and offered to replace my damaged base at no cost. They also shared tips on how to properly wash without damaging the waterproof base. I highly recommend this product for how amazing these people are to work with, and ensuring your happiness with their products.

We have an old dog with issues, incontinence being the hardest to manage. I needed something to confine her and that would also protect the carpet. This pen with liner would have fulfilled my needs, except that it is very poorly made: the pen doesn't fit inside the liner and the metal wire sides of the pen have many sharp edges and corners, one of which punctured the thin liner so it now has a hole. The hole allows urine to leak into the carpet, defeating the whole purpose. I have not been able to find a suitable alternative yet, other than to maybe find a better made pen and add a flat, not fitted, water proof pad to put under the pen. I wish I had done this in the first place. I have ordered another fitted liner from the same company as the first one, but I'm sure it will get punctured too unless I can think of a way to cover the sharp corners of the pen. If you really want to protect your flooring, whatever it is, DON'T BUY THIS PEN OR THE LINER! Update: The company has been extremely responsive in addressing my concerns with some of the features of this play pen! They have sent me a new version that includes an improved fence so now all the corners of the panels are now rounded so they don't puncture the bottom liner and the liner is supposed to be of a thicker material. I was able to fit all the panels into the fitted bottom liner this time, although I still think it could be a little bigger to allow the panels to fit more easily. I am not using the door that is built into one of the panels because I have to carry my dog into the pen (she doesn't walk to well anymore) so I just turn one of the panels inward, like a door, then pull it back out to keep her from crawling out. This works fine and is not a design flaw at all. So far, the liner is working well to protect the carpet but have only used it one night. I have changed my rating to all five stars. I wish all companies were this responsive!

This is a great playpen and there's lots of space. It was easy to put together. The only downside is my puppies discovered that if they jump up against the door to the playpen enough, they knock the latches out and the door opens. I'm not sure how to secure it better because they would also chew anything I would use to secure it. But other than that, great product.

The playpen itself is really nice, but the included waterproof bottom wasn’t sewn properly so it didn’t fit. The replacement waterproof bottom I ordered at the same time from the same company fits perfectly, but the one included with the pen is clearly sewn improperly. Kind of a bummer because I wanted two bottoms so I could switch them out when one is soiled. Otherwise a very decent product.

It’s a waterproof canvass and it works great… don’t move the pen without disconnecting it or you will tear it… otherwise it’s pretty durable. I have a dachshund who’s pretty tough on everything and it holds up pretty well!

We purchased this enclosure for our bunny. We secured the cage part to the hutch with zip ties and it’s a good size for him, though we may upgrade the hutch to a double decker soon, he a whole chonk. The cage part is really durable, he’s tried chewing through it with no success. The tarp part on bottom is a decent option to keep him from peeing and pooping on the floor, but the material disintegrates pretty rapidly and he also likes chewing on the edges, so eventually there’s no lip to trap his hay, poop, and pee, which means we’re replacing it like once a month, which you can imagine gets to be expensive. We put trays down for his hay to encourage him to pee and poop there, cause those are cheaper and last longer, but it’s not a perfect system. It’s the best we’ve come up with tho, and it works alright.
